Some artists can take the concept of a medley and really make it work. This is one of those times. Taking my personal favorite sources from Sonic Heroes, which is a game everyone but me seems to hate passionately, is just icing on the cake.

The $599 model cost them nearly $250 more than that to manufacture at launch. The XBox was in a similar boat for awhile, as well. The only one who made "impressive cash" at launch was Nintendo, since they used last-gen tech and appealed to casual gamers.
They are required by law to notify their customers if their data has been compromised. It's not a case of trying to gain favors, it's a case of notifying their customers of the situation so said customers can protect themselves and their information.
I'm not all that comfortable with Gman banning people just because she doesn't like them. Having that sort of power and being unable to use it objectively without lashing out leaves a bad taste with me and just makes this situation look even worse.
