A few things: Apparently, Little Mac is an assist trophy. Apparently, ZZS's final smash turns her back into regular Samus. Samus uses super missiles instead of regular missiles. Mario has a Luigi-colored costume (but also still has the Wario one). FLUDD appears to stay around as part of his appearance after he uses it. The stage below throne room (after it falls through) is some sort of hell looking level. That painty looking boxart is real and is on press.nintendo.com. There is a new spiky ball that grows bigger, lightsabres are blue and look even more like lightsabres now, and there is a new exploding "smart bomb," which looks like a round thing with a B on it. Anyone know what game this is from?

As far as I know, they never announced a release date in Japan before this, so the date is not so much delayed as it is only now unveiled. Note that Wii Fit is set for a Dec. 1 release in Japan. I'm sure they want to pace their heavy-hitting products, just as I'm sure that they wouldn't want to miss a holiday release in America for Brawl. ...at least, I hope.

There are plenty of similar games to Smash Bros. DreamMix TV World Fighters has many similarities to Smash and features Konami and Namco characters, while Jump Superstars features similar gameplay to Smash Bros. with various anime characters. The Marvel vs. Capcom series, though the style of the game is different, takes characters from each of these universes and pits them against one another. Hell, DreamMix even had Snake in it.

I'm thinking they will appear before Snake's single-player matches. It looks like Snake has a detonator toward the beginning of the gameplay part of the video. Perhaps he has a C4 move?

Snake being in Brawl is just a very elaborate hoax.

Animal Crosser doesn't really make sense in the same way that Pokémon Trainer and Ice Climber do. I'd prefer they give him/her a name like Ai or A.C.
