Fistful was a combination of 4 playthroughs, 2 on a very bassy 6 string and 2 on a tinny 12 string.

Sure! Basically that tone is either achieved by owning a gypsy guitar like a Gitane DG300 or by cutting out a lot of low and boosting a bunch of high. Play with it a bit and you'll find the right tone

Same as it ever was, brother. I've tinkered for it for like 4 hours and the more I mess with it the more it keeps breaking. Larry's fixes are going to take a lot more time and maybe a lot more talent than I have. I will take another look at it this weekend if I have time (I may be ripping apart my studio for a paint job/rearranging) and give you a final call on it.

Hey, thanks for checking in on the novel. It was politely rejected by a very big NY agent (the guy who represents Brandon Sanderson) with the caveat that he'd like to continue our relationship and likely represent me int he future. So while In the Shadow of Legends might not see the light of day, I have a good "in" into the publishing world. I'm in the midle of another novel right now and I expect I'll be looking for readers come summertime, if you're interested. Thanks for taking the time out to read even a little!

I was in the gym a few days ago letting my OCR playlist roll, which has the torrents in them at random. For the first time, I heard Hymn of Aveh, and I literally stopped in the middle of the gym and just stood there, listening. Fantastic, fantastic work. It actually took me a while to figure out who did it, but then I stumbled on your FF9 You Are Not Alone, also wonderful. Please keep making music.

I use a cast-iron pan on my stove, but there are other ways to do it. I'm sure if you youtube it there are plenty of solutions.
