They've made enough money with re-releases of FF7 to pay for a remake, they just keep losing that money on new games that suck.

Hmm well it DOES appear to be in 16:9 based on the trailer, and the terrible terrible compression artifacts on the video seem to be a lot less noticeable... so eh. It'll definitely be worth downloading perhaps (probably not if you have the PSN version). But they need to get crack-a-lackin' on that remake.

I've bought this game in different forms at least 4 times now, including the original PC version, so I may just pirate this. I'd like to see if it is in 16:9. But yeah, how many times can one guy buy the same game!? D: Remake it already. They've made a ton of money just from re-releases.

I joined the dislikers on the vidja trailer... maybe they'll see that half the viewers don't like what they're doing and decide to do it right. Only with Square-Enix could a release of Final Fantasy VII have 50% dislikes They should license that out to mistwalker to do it up proper.

I can imagine an alternate universe where ReMixes were made for profit and also were closed down a looooong time ago by the companies.. you know, the companies. The pretzel makes a good point. Methinks if everyone started selling remixes, the scene would start to be seen in a more negative light.

I actually think last year's time was perfect. Due to being at night, they had as long as they wanted to host the panel. That's good stuff! I'll probably be there but it's too soon to say really, financially. I'd pre-reg in September or so like I usually do, hopefully join a group like I did last time and save $10.

Man that happens literally all the time. Constantly! Some people are dicks and say mean things, and they forget about it later like it never happened. The dickees, i.e. the people who were the victims of it, never forget that kind of stuff. NEVAR. I'm interested in making good music as much as the next guy, and having people hear it, but I just can't bring myself to work with people who are/were mean. It sucks all of the good vibes out of it. Everything is just tainted by that past wrongdoing. Also, how's your Gunstar Heroes project going? >:3 I heard at least 1 song on that I could potentially work with. But for the moment I still got too much crud going on.

I don't know if Capcom is the best example, since they really just want to monetize people who remix their music. But most vgm composers do seem to be humbled by remixes rather than insulted.

"Sonic Zone Remix Compo" is nowhere in any of your text or tags. "Sonic Zone" itself is way too generic of a phrase to find them in google search.
