Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening: Threshold of a Dream - History

Forgive me for trying to break up your rapid succession of double posts. -
What did he do? *checks bottom of shoe*

I'm sorry, but I've got to mail this refurb back to CompUSA because I can't even work in Cubase with it. My interface dies and cubase just freezes. This is after I finally got it stable enough that it didn't crash... blah.
-
That sounds very cool Stevo... can I have one? Good luck hitting your deadline! Lucky to have it so far before Christmas, before people have the chance to go off with families for Christmas fun.
-
Wut, Wow, that's really impressive. If this was a 1-disc project, it would be done already.

I refuse to let go of that misguided belief, for without misguided beliefs, life has little meaning. Also I don't want it for the PS3 preferably. I think Lost Odyssey proved that towns could be made in HD.

Sweet, sweet victory. I too have never played any of these games. I also have been hearing a lot of Willrock lately, ironically it's not the genre of rock (like in his name), but the songs do a variation of "rocking" all of their own. Great synth usage and solos throughout the song. A couple fast runs in there that were impressive, if played with a midi keyboard. Ultra-melodic song, it does strike me as something similar to what you would hear in Christian music... And as a Christian, I mean that in the most non-offensive way possible. I'm not too familiar with 80s sitcoms, but if their themes were this good, then I really missed out.

OCR Mascots: Class of Summer 2010 - Voting Closed
Brandon Strader replied to djpretzel's topic in General Discussion
I thought the Facebook said we were down to a choice between 4 characters, that's why I changed my vote to Zidane and Kefka... if that's not true then I'd liek to hold on to my previous vote that I posted in this thread. -
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Sound of Speed - History

I was just remembering the MiBBles, which is limited to 8 MiBs. That's why I bounced my mp3 to 160kbps but I think I remember your bounce of it being 9mb on the web server.. It's allowed to be 9mb on the album..? Then the post of it on the site would be the lower quality 160kbps if it pass. Sized 7.7mb at 160kbps..................... song is too long. Also wtf, why did you delete your wordpress? -
Ye..yes... we use it with our finger... *awkward*

I'm probably the only one who thinks this, but I've thought they have secretly been working on the FF7 remake since they first showed the FF7 Tech Demo. It's not that outrageous to think... I mean, it's a little outrageous to believe they could have kept it a secret this long, but who knows.
-
No. No, no no. Final Fantasy 13 is proof that Squeenix can't make games like they used to. They rightfully shouldn't be in charge of a FF7 remake, because a company like Mistwalker could do it so much better, AND have the original composer and director involved too. The problem with FF13 isn't that it was a hard game to make. It's a linear path for most of it, with recycled walls and textures all over the place. We don't want a FF7 remake to be like FF13. If they could remake the 3D Models, which arguably isn't a hard job because they already exist, like the ones in Advent Children, or even the FF7 Tech Demo. They could repaint the backgrounds, but to remake all of the towns and such in 3D would be simply horrible and it would not be the same game. It wouldn't be a remake, it would be a re-imagining of the game. That's not what we want. We don't want FF7 re-imagined, rewritten, or re-scripted. [/rant]

Luckily, it is now known as KINECT.

Well, I know people have a LOT of struggle adjusting to new names, but if you seriously ask for Natal at a store, you're most-likely going to be taken to the baby department. Any self-respecting Walmart electronics guy is going to be like "Hahah, get over to the baby food isle, you dopey nerd." Hahaha. I mean, that's what I would do.. if I worked there..
-
I agree that I would like to see it for $50, and each Kinect game $20 at the MAX, preferably $10. The rumor so far is $150 though. Although the Elite Bundle with Kinect is $399 and the new Elite is $299, so it could possibly be $100 -- a competitive price against Move bundle which is also $100.

I'm really looking forward to what E3 Youtube has listed as "Confidential TBA", which there are several of. By the way for those who didn't know, you can watch it all at http://www.youtube.com/e3 Btw, I heard Activision put on some kind of CONCERT last night.

I'm kinda glad I don't have to wear glasses, too. I doubt they have them in my prescription. And I can't see without my glasses, so 3D would be a bit pointless. That big blob moved near the other blob! IN 3D!! Yeah.
-
Squeenix bought Eidos several months ago. February 2009 to be exact. The game is an arcade game I think, not a full-fledged game.
-
I think some of the listing are things that are expected to be announced. If it isn't, I'll have to remove it... which will be a very sad thing to do.

I'm probably the only person who just watched the Cirque du Solei performance on Nickelodeon, right? I was completely blown away by this! I tried to record it from the beginning but I guess Media Center only records live TV for a few minutes? The performance was breath-taking, and if Kinect really works the way that they've shown here, it will be a must buy for pretty much anyone. The family with their avatars on screen together was just priceless. I'd say Microsoft is the obvious winner of this E3, not that it's necessarily a contest. But with everything they did and prepared, they blew the socks off of all the other presentations.

I didn't actually type this up, I found it on a forum. Anyone can feel free to let me know anything not on the list and I'll put it in. Edit: Found and put in Nintendo's list
-
Hi. One last E3 thread, which is a compendium of the games announced and to be released in the coming months. Rather than post this in any particular company thread (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo) it is instead posted separately because it features games FOR ALL PLATFORMS from various companies. Enjoy. Also, feel free to hate here if the mods allow it but try to keep the inter-console hate in the other threads to a minimum.
