  1. There's no reason it can't be in recorded music. Hell, they do it all the time on TV shows.
  2. Sequenced files have lasted well into the latter days of the PS2.
  3. The Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest games are more or less traditional adventure games with a few RPG influences.
  4. I can't really see how sequenced music is a better choice. Some clever crossfading usually provides more than satisfactory results.
  5. Usually when the bigger developers look for voice talent they go through Hollywood. Your chances of starting out are probably much better in other media fields, and you'll get to build up a pretty good resumé.
  6. The example there is really nothing compared to what radio stations apply to already compressed music.
  7. One day I was enjoying a hot dog out in the open when this little flying bastard came right up at me and snatched a piece of it. The suckers had it coming.
  8. This has got to be a messup. There is no way any rational person would browse a forum this way. Furthermore, using the browser's back button does not work any more.
  9. ie, you should have gotten an alternate mp3 player. There are plenty of ones that don't require any extra ridiculous software (Especially iTunes which requires the hellspawn known as Quicktime), AND you can store pretty much anything you want on them so they act as portable HDs.
  10. Some crawled in corners and cried. Some went to .org. Some flooded GenDisc and got banned. Others took shelter in great underground vaults.
  11. This place is starting to feel kind of barren.
  12. I tried a demo of this and couldn't really get into it. Though I only got to try Tau.
  13. Kega Fusion is generally a lot better than Gens. It doesn't have that annoying 16-bit color switch, for one.
  14. There are several emulators out today with more or less full compability, Sega CD and 32x support, full sound emulation and 2xsai rendering.
  15. http://www.overclocked.org/OCtrue.htm I remember when emulation in itself was a novelty.
  16. I didn't have time to finish all of my work for the release, and I had to reinstall Windows last month so I couldn't load my source files properly as I had to set up all my stuff again. The syndicate HQ was to have a brand new version but instead got an old one from VGMix. I've started working on the other one again and made sure it suits the game a lot better: http://www.zshare.net/audio/the-last-soul-mp3.html
  17. This is a dance-based subgenre based mostly on comic relief, you ignorant idiots. It's like listening to Group X and saying "this is a perfect example of why I hate rock"
  18. There is a new version out you can download. Many, many bugs have been fixed (Including spontaneous crashes), the difficulty has been tweaked, and the game is unpacked (Not a single exe file) meaning you can access the .ogg files (You'll need to add the .ogg extension manually to the files labeled 00-32 in the data folder).
  19. You know what's better? Motivational posters
  20. I'm not paying $200 for a portable glorified emulator that'll break in 2 months.
  21. Some comparisons with the original SoR2 levels used
  22. What the hell? I'm only allowed to use 4 images per post? I'm hating this forum more and more by the minute.
  23. Best thing I could manage right now is a gamerip of my contributions (There is also music from B-A-C and Groovemaster303). I'm sure a full soundtrack will be assembled at some point. Ruth: Just get a PC USB gamepad.
