I just recently listened to this remix and feel I have to add a comment about it. Love the intro, totally feels like something out of Persona, or another SMT game (the piano with static/mild distortion). Then the bass hits and flows into what (sadly) feels like standard techno. However, given that the original piece is just a strip of background noise in my mind, this is definitely an enhanced take on it. Mad props for that. I just feel that the latter aspects of the remix could've been further expanded on. Then again, it may just be the unusually powerful intro that dominated the mix. Overall, seek it out and download it. It is tasty. And Suzu, it's been awhile, no?

Dude, I was just thinking about you and this remix the other day. I'll have to check out your site to see what other tasty treats you have for us! As for the mix, golden! The keys, the effects, and the fact that it's a remix of one of my favorite tracks from this game make it an all around highly recommended mix. Get it!

A lot of people are complaining about the intro. Am I the only one who thinks that's the best part of the song? That and the change up from 3:35 to 4:44. Beautiful!

Alright, sometimes when I load up a MIDI file, it'll play it back in FL, and sometimes it won't play it back. How do I fix this?

You know a mix is good when it makes you want to play the game it's from. This song makes me want to go out and buy a NeoGeo and this game. Love the upbeat feel and FX involved. You can't just stay still when you listen to all that goes on in this mix. Well done, Wesley Hopper. Anyone know where I can find a rom?

I remember when I first downloaded this song so long ago. I had it on loop for a week. But it's still a good song cuz I didn't get sick of it. That's when you have a good song, when you can go back to it a long time later and still love it like the first time.

McV remixed my favorite theme from my favorite SNES platform game, so I'm automatically a little biased toward it. I love the trip-hop drum feel to it with that beautiful piano sound that defines him. I was letting one of my friends listen to this mix and he said, "This sounds like Linkin Park", and we got into this big discussion of how Linkin Park is really just videogame music given lyrics. You know who's real hard, that fuckin Older Brother Shark boss of Stage 4 in T&C2: Thrilla's Safari. Dude can kill so fast it's not even funny.

DrakeSword should already know my thoughts about this mix, but just in case. Endless Duel was a great game to me and HeavyArms is my favorite Gundam and stage music, so I instantly love this mix on principle and the fact that it is good as it is.

But he dropped excellent equipment. Break HP limit and Break Damage limit. Great for making better ultimate weapons than what you were given.

What about that last boss in Vagrant Story? If you don't follow the same sequence of attack and weapon restoration with magic barriers, you're screwed. And it's not exactly a short battle either.

For FF8, even without Lionheart or Aura's just have Quistis with Degenerator or Mighty Guard and all battles are a sinch. As for FF7, I beat Ruby with Cid (sure I called Highwind a lot, but there was no KOTR) and I beat Emerald by miming my own Omnislash (probably the coolest FF trick I've ever seen).

I don't know if you'd really call him a boss, but what about Scissorman. That dude's a real pain in the ass when you're trying to LIVE! Senario 2 is hilarious though (hide in the pantry from scissorshmoe. He comes in and leaves. Leave pantry, look around. Open pantry again, and oh my god, it's scissorshmoe out to gut ya. Now that sucks!

Ok, the aircraft carrier was hard as hell, but it was also kinda comical. Can I land? D'oh, crashed again.

that mini battle with Dark Link had awesome music!

Once, I just sat there and let my sword familiar kill him cuz I was just that powerful. It took awhile, but it was rather comedic.

Is that the Boss that Liz and Ard made? Cuz that was one mother of a boss. Never beat it and now I'll never have that chance again (well, not for a long while) because I lost the game somewhere (I think I left it at school last year) and my memory card that had that file died.

I've done everything in FFX and probably the hardest of the special bosses turns out to be the easiest. Ne-slug. He's a bitch if you don't do it right cuz he can rejuvinate. So here's what I did. Have Tidus w/ Quick Hit and the Calabrog attack the dude 8 times for 99999 damage each. Then have Wakka with the World Champion (so he can deal 99999 damage) do Attack Reels with all 3 slots at 2 hits. He'll do 12 hits at 99999 and cause the shell to break. Then he's easy pickins. If you don't break the shell, you're screwed. Shinryu wasn't that hard if you have high Mag Def. That Shining attack only did like less than 100 damage to me. If you need magic def spheres, fight One Eye in the arena (species conquest, all the floaty eyes captured) He also drops Triple AP weapons, so you should have no problem leveling up your guys. And That final dude, Omega Gold, only used Quick Hits. He counters everything else. But yeah, the hardest boss in the arena is that Gel thing that does giant press or wahtever. It kept killing me. I managed to scrape a win ONCE!

Except you can't Mime limit breaks. I'm pretty sure you can... i beat the desert one with omnislash + mime. Yes you can mime YOUR OWN LIMIT if and only if the other two characters don't act. If you skip their turns and come back to Clouds, you can mime your own limit break. It's dope stuff!
