I'm a big fan of this cover of Eleanor Rigby by Thrice. I feel like there a ton of people who think covering The Beatles is sacrilege, but I think that's stupid. Normally I think covers are lame, in general, but I do really enjoy this one.

Good point, I think I just have a disdain for the lack of metaphor in the country music I've listened to. It if it were lyrically more sophisticated I'd be able to respect it more. Also, I kinda love Neil Young.

I care not for those who write songs about how their dog died, their wife left them, keying others' trucks, or farmers. Or how they've been cheated on, for that matter. I kind of believe that if America weren't so dumb, country music would eventually die out, because it is made for those who can relate to it.

I am so glad I'm not the only one that thought the playstation version was terrible. I'm gonna hope this release isn't terrible, because I'd like to be able to muster a play-through of this game, for the sake of it, at least. I've never beat II either, because I hated the playstation port (or maybe it's just a horrible game), but I've heard good things about the GBA version.

Just finished getting all 153 of the available Unova region pokémon. Juniper didn't give me shit for it, just congratulated me. I was hoping for another master ball or something cool. Maybe once the event-exclusive ones come out.

anyone have a leavanny? I'm feeling lazy and don't wanna make my swadloon happy. I don't wanna keep it, just need it for my dex, if anyone is willing to do a quick trade and return.

Caught Thundurus! That was annoying, not having anyone with mean look in my game yet didn't make it any better. Does anyone have any idea when the event pokemon will become available so we can actually complete our dex?

I've never tried to catch every single pokemon in a given version before, but I'm super psyched to get this done for White. Got 113 so far! Mostly just need to evolve first tier versions, or find their superiors in the wild. Still looking to trade a zorua for a tepig if anybody needs one/can trade one!

Zorua and Zoroark aren't limited to only one version, but I need his DS to do the transfer over my Celebi and Suicune/Raikou/Entei from my Soul Silver in order for the event to occur. I posted my FC info a few pages back, if anybody wants to battle I'm in the low 20s right now.

I like that TM usage is unlimited. I don't like how retarded Bianca is. I love that the trading system has been upgraded and that it's much faster. Can't wait until my friend gets back in town and we can use each other's systems to get Zorua and Zoroark!

I'll pretty much have a boner for whatever they do, no matter what. I liked The King of Limbs much more on the third/fourth listen through so maybe it just takes time. I'd like to think it isn't over though, and that maybe when the physical album drops in May there's more content. Could just be wishful thinking, but eight songs isn't much, especially when they haven't put anything out since 2007. We'll see though.

In GTA4, the amount of swearing is kinda ridiculous, I mean, everyone you walk by on the street throws a curse at you one way or another. I kinda wish I could turn that off, either they'd all just shut up (preferable), or compliment me as I walk down the street (acceptable).

I think the reason I still have a fat old original DS is because nothing has changed dramatically enough in the upgrades for me to *need* a new DS. Sure, the DSi-ware is cool, so is the brighter screen, etc. but it isn't cool enough to drop another $140 for it, I still have a perfectly capable system. I could care less about 3D, but i fucking love Paper Mario, so I'll probably on board with the system by then. I also wanna know more about the Kingdom Hearts title that's in the works.
