Hi! This is my first post here and I feel a bit sorry that it is a rather egoistic post where I show off my own stuff. But I will try to invest some time reviewing other songs too. I started a series of Secret of Mana covers. Sadly it's not suitable for OCRemix because I use the original titles as inspiration for my lyrics and keep those titles. This is part of the concept. I try to imagine the songs of the game as songs for a singer and the titles are hints for the stories the songs want to tell. I also play as much instruments as I can and I hope that I can get some collaborators to play other instruments too or sing some parts for the series. I release the songs on my YouTube channel and make videos with a performance of the song (as I always do with my songs). Feedback is highly appreciated and will be taken seriously.

Hello there, This is my first arrangament for OCRemix: https://www.dropbox.com/s/x0npzk4bc7443g8/Into The Calm Of It.wav?dl=0 Right now is not finished (it ends abruptly at 1:33). I will add more parts, the mix and mastering still need work, and I will make more minor changes to the the arrangament to make it more interesting I have choosed a song from Secret Of Mana, and my idea was to rearrange the song into something more calmer, more contemplative. Maybe it will differ from the original but my idea wasn't to cover exactly the original song, but making something new from the original ideas of the composer (without adding new melodies or harmony). Here is the original song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFKoFzNfQdA I would like to receive any type of feedback. Arrangament/interpretation, production, performance, strucutre, etc... Note that this is my first arrangament, I've always composed original music, so... any tip is welcome.

Hey there, my favorite Twitch streamer (www.twitch.tv/bakihanma20) was streaming gameplay of Secret of Mana 2 the other day, when he suddenly broke into a spontaneous freestyle rap, over the in-game music, while playing the game. It was a really cool, unique moment! Warning: Lots of N-Bombs, F-Bombs, and other offensive language in this video. It's mostly harmless, but some people may get offended. Anyways, enjoy!

Feedback is most welcome, please- I'm new to the OC ReMix crowd so I'd love to start off strong with my first submission. Thanks! I initially imagined going more orchestral since it's such a melodic, fluid piece. Alas, there have been other remixes of that nature, and my strongest suit is bass/groove/vibe. That seems to be untouched territory on this song, as far as I can find, so I embraced a new direction. It's got an R&B/Electronic vibe that slowly build while scattering in the notable motifs from the original. I reharmonized the chord structure, and took my own liberties on the bass line, made my own samples, etc. This is one of my all time favorite games that I've played through countless times since I was a kid. Track is made with respect and affection. Cheers! ReMix: Source:
