nikstar Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I owe this remix a lot, if I hadn't heard it I would have never ran to the game store to pick up Lufia 1 & 2. This remix does the orignal more than justice. I never really thought of Terminator, but now that you mention it. Anyway's this track not only got me on the bandwagon of one of the best RPG series ever (IMO), it still fills me with love for the music everytime I listen. Thank you Faze. Quote
maniacalsephiroth Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Wow...I know this is a lil late but wow....I really wish that I could change some of the song in game with stuff like this....it would definately add mass replay value to my older games Quote
Liontamer Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 I wasn't a huge fan of the key change later on, but it grew on me. Solid interpretation. This laid down a nice subdued groove but definitely added a lot more substance and emotional weight compared to the SNES original. Nice work from Eric that holds up very well; good job. Quote
OceansAndrew Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 This has been on my playlist for years, and it's good stuff. Great epically atmospheric main section, with a cool acoustic guitar solo. Great original theme, and a nice rendition of this. Modulation was a nice touch and kept it building. This is a super good remix. Quote
Nutritious Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Very cool, spacious intro - it really sets the mood. I always struggle with intro's, so I envy those who make it sound so easy and natural. Things continue to flow seamlessly as the piano and other elememts kick in. Nice acoustic guitar work as well to change things up. Nothing really to complain about here - the song is very capably written and produced and is a very enjoyable listen. Quote
avaris Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Like OA this has been on my playlist and countless CD's for years. It's really a timeless song that combines so many emotional elements into an excellent track. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Quote

Belisarios Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 (edited) My First OverClocked ReMix. I LOVE it! Lufia - Forever! Edited April 26, 2011 by Belisarios Quote
Izento Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 So, I found this song playing in the background of Fast and Furious 1 at 1:08:20, when Paul Walker is talking to Vin about how he is making all his extra cash, right after the race with the Ferrari. I hope the creator of this song got royalties! Quote
