GrayLightning
PHATastic. If someone can do improvisational vocals that just work, Larry has proved he's up to the task. Good production and the arrangement is definitely above the bar. But what this mix has is incalculable, it has a lot of heart. Evocative and inspiring, despite some minor flaws. Scene and Vibe +1. YES.
zircon
Fantastic. I was kind of worried about the vocals at first, because vocal production is no easy task, but that was really pulled off well here. Larry just has a certain tone in his voice that fills up the frequency spectrum nicely. Lyrics are also tight, and I'd even go so far as to say "hot". Instrumentals are also really solid, with great execution + spread of dynamics. I thought the drums in particular were excellent, with a constant groove that never let up, even during some of the quieter sections. Overall, I thought this was a great rearrangement driven by Larry's powerful vocals. Don't think you could ask for much more. YES
analoq
hmm.. the panning on the vox is off center if you can make this remix less black and more slavic, you'll get a yes from me, but until then.. no (resubmit)

Malcos
I didn't know what to expect when I was downloading this, but I must admit to being pleasantly surprised. Larry's charismatic performance is one of the most engaging pieces that I have ever had the pleasure of judging. An extremely memorable piece that, if posted, will most certainly remain in the minds of OC'ers for a long time to come. YES
