I googled it up and apparently, Lateef Crowder (guy in the video) is well known for his capoeira skills and resemblance to Eddy. Because of that, he was cast as eddy in the Tekken movie. He's also going to be in the last Twilight film lol. Quote

Then on closer look between the pair, I could've seen a perfect match if Ethan shaved more often.
