I've just been logging on once a day for a few seconds to spend my money. Econ is starting to pick up and military is building up to a good size.

I have an awesome collection of trades giving me six bonuses, environment at 5.13 (though I only show three stars, the two values never really match-up), I have 2 banks, a harbor and a school.

I'll donate what I can if you start again. I'm only doing the 15% tax, so it's slow and steady going.
