I may not have ever played of or even heard of Quarth, but this remix somehow has an incredibly nostalgic feeling to it, as if somewhere in the far back, my brain is thinking: "You've totally played Quarth before, you've ALWAYS known about Quarth and here are some chips and musical dip to remind you."
