    Yeah, I haven't got to the city with the first gym yet and I got a Zubat, Geodude, Magikarp (lol!), and Shinx...I did see an Abra before but I couldn't catch it.

    So...anyone mind trading me some female starter pokemon of the fire & water variety sometime? I really don't feel like starting over all the time...especially after just putting in 3 hours or so into it.

    I bought Diamond like ~3 hours ago...haven't got to play it though since I ate out for lunch and I spent an hour outside studying. I was surprised at how fast the games were selling though - at ~11 am, most of the major chain stores sold through at least half of their copies, if not the majority.

    Depends - we're all very loose about it all, and probably would chill before the concert too (including dinner). I probably won't be on any particular schedule so I could hang out as long as anyone else can.

    RealFolkBlues is also looking into bringing some of his friends too, so potentially if everyone commits we'll have at least 20 people - I'll be buying an extra ticket in case a friend is able to come.

    Of course, but if it's official, the person/people running it would be considered a part of OCR staff, which means taking on the responsibilities of the staff as a representative - it'd do no good to pick any random person who fits general good podcast traits if he/she holds views antithetical to the purpose of the site.

    I can't say I know completely what the policy will be about this, but one of the important roles of the person doing the podcast is that he/she has to already be a visible figure in the community - you should hang around the forums and/or IRC more in order to really be in a position to be considered for it IMO.
