it's not that Bloodborne is too hard - it's that it lacks the options that made Dark Souls good in the first place in Dark Souls you have a bunch of different ways you can play the game and it changes how you approach each and every area and encounter; Bloodborne on the other hand is pretty much "get good at this one thing or get out", which is lame and boring Bloodborne's got a lot going for it, but as far as pure design goes it's lackluster at best

Not so much harder (FF7 is kind of super easy, not to brag) but definitely a bit more varied in how you have to use characters if you're not building them entirely to spam as many summons as possible.

I just played through FF7 with my PS1 discs on a PS3, and it didn't crash for me on the disc change.

I actually just finished a run of this myself, and found it was a lot more fun if you do a run without summons.

I'm not entirely sure why everyone constantly makes fun of Tetsuya Nomura - he's extremely good at what he does

On that note, I've been wondering recently how the rest of the FF7 Compilation will fit into this. Are they just gonna make the remake with additional plot points derived from the other games? Are they going to remake the other games? Are we finally going to get Before Crisis in North America, somehow? Personally, my dream for the remake is gameplay derived from Crisis Core, but with multiple playable characters, and an in-game remake of Advent Children as post-game DLC. Then a remake of Crisis Core.

I agree with Neblix here on all points also I've argued fervently in the past that Crisis Core is hands down the best Final Fantasy game - or at least better than VII itself

FF13 is a good game in the same way that DmC is a good game, which is to say that it is not

I hope they replace that hidden flashback scene with Zack with literally all of Crisis Core like you just suddenly unlock another game and you're not allowed to go back to the main game until you beat it
