Hi, DJP! (and, likely, Judge's Panel) This is the ReMixer known as Rellik, submitting a mix of the final boss theme from Sonic 3, entitled 'The Outer Space Machine'. It's a little off the wall, but I hope you understand my effort to combine both intense and 'comical' elements (not in a laugh-laugh-laugh-funny way, but just elements that are not meant to be taken completely seriously). Genre-wise, it has been classified as 'hard-techno', but I could also classify it as 'electro', or basically any other electronic genre (I'm no expert). If accepted, my listed e-mail should be Rellyk@cox.net. Thanks for your contribution(s) to the community! -Rellik

Mixer name: Sirauron2003 Email: m.waldman9@verizon.net Description: This was originally a midi that I composed. I just used several soundfonts to make it sound real. Please comment. J

This is the only way I could get the song hosted. I created a user just for you to obtain the song with ease: Sorry there isn't an easier way to do this. I tried Geocities. But after one DL the site closes due to to much bandwidth use or something shitty like that. This is the finished version of the song. I had to delete all the wav files in the song just to make sure I didn't tamper with it anymore. Yeah, 50 hours is enough time to spend on one song. Hope it was worth it. -=Norrin_Radd=-

Can someone track down an original MOD or MIDI? -djp If Laser Squad is familiar game from Amiga then you've heard the original. This remix is bridge between Spacesynth and Electro-breakbeat styles, some trancy elements too I'd say. Made in two evenings. The vocal sample in the intro is "naturally" me. Original song by Matt Furniss and he gave me his blessing on this remix The electronic rain sound in the intro has been sampled from my friend's Korg M1, bassline from his Juno-106, some samples are from the original module song (with some pre-processing for higher sample quality), drums are samples sequenced in Orion (no loops), otherwise sounds from softsynths. They say intro is little bit long, but it is still shorter than in the original (and personally I like it this way). Some counterpoint melodies added. download: Artist Name: Mark Vera Name: Jouni Airaksinen Email: markvera ( at ) spacesynth.net Homepage: http://www.markvera.net/ // Jouni -- Jouni Airaksinen // www.markvera.net www.spacesynth.net the place where spacesynth scene meets!

Hello, I'm sorry that I had to attach my song, I tried for hours trying to make a web page but I couldn't get the download to work, and it seemed all the mp3 sites want money now. (I am also leaving for a month so I won't be able to make further attempts at the website). I hope you enjoy it. Please credit to DJ Frogger Also please include my e-mail: amnesiac@charter.net Note: This is my first submission to OC ReMix The other submission I made had an e-mail attachment. I hope you didn't download it because I got my (first ever) web page to finally work. The link is http://www.angelfire.com/music5/djfrogger. I understand about the bandwidth thing and am doing my best to help. This is my first submission to OC ReMix. Please credit to Dj Frogger. Also please add my e-mail to the site: amnesiac@charter.net Thanks!

Here is an OC Remix submission for your enjoyment... Song URL: 2.3 MB, 2:33, 128 kbps joint stereo Song Name: Marathon Transport When Ready OC Remix Game: Marathon Original Song Name: Leela Composer: Alexander Seropian Artist: Clockwork Dolphin (dietrich@zdome.net) Marathon was a wonderful game that came out for the Macintosh around 1994, it had a great story and unbeatable mood. This was my favorite track until I finally played the entire game and heard the music on the last level, ah well. There isn't very much original material to work with and I didn't want to stray too far, so I kept it short. Since this is my first remix... Email: dietrich@zdome.net Website: http://zdome.net/~dietrich/ Thanks, --Dietrich

Pretzel my man: I'm D*Qix, new to the OC scene but sold to your site. I've been doing game remixes for about half a year now and this is the perfect place to show my stuff. I have 10-15 applicable songs that I can put on your site (I'll do the thing and wait one week between submissions, etc.). Name: D*Qix Website: www.gamersjournal.com E-mail: temerson_05@hotmail.com ^ I'd be pleased if all that was included... I really do not mind fan mails. This week, I have a remix of the Zelda Overworld theme. I know, I know, it's been overdone, and this is by far not my greatest work - in fact this one was one of my first pieces, not the greatest at all, but fun to listen to, to say the least. The break guitar riff really redeems it, in my opinion. Game: Zelda (1st one, I guess) Name: Rock on Link Here's the link, thanks a bunch and if this isn't high enough qual, I have better up my sleeve to come. Love, D*Qix

Well, the Angelfire Link was dead within minutes, don't know which terms of use exactly I'm supposed to have violated, but what the hell. I had mercy and renamed the thing to Music Room, makes more sense anyway. Regards, Eraxel

Email sub file The_Ant_Rant.mp3 - djp Hi im The Majestic Jester. The song i attached is a remake/remix of one of the songs from the night club in jet force gemini. I really enjoyed making this mix. Its really ravey and loopy but i dont personally think its boring to listen to. "life is like a juggling ball, it goes up and down and sometimes it hits you in the face..."

Hello all at OCRemix! I'm excited to submit my first remix to your site. The URL is http://www.angelfire.com/falcon/windexian . The Ninja Gaiden remix is the first link on the site (not to be confused with the Phantasy Star mix right under it... that's coming next week ). I worked hard on it, and am pretty satisfied after working through some issues with the mix. Hope you all enjoy it! Some side info, my real name is Peter Bierma, but my handle on there is windexian, whichever you all typically use to give credit is fine. The ID3 tags should all be in order, with the filename being under, heh, well, the file name (etc.). It should be called "Ninjas'n'things", sans the quotes. - Peter

We would need to follow-up and get direct permission from 'Zoltan' - good flute, tho. -djp Hello, I am not the artist of this song, buy my friend Zoltan Vegvari, created it as a favor. He has given me permission to circulate his music. The URL to the song is: it is 5.7megs A bit about Zoltan: He is from Hungary, and currently lives in the states. He is an accomplished jazz pianist, and fairily well known in the US among jazz enthusiasts. In Europe, he is extremely well known for playing jazz at large aristocratic events.
