Chipamp 1.0 doesn't seem to work with Winamp 5.66 on 64-bit Windows 7. Winamp just hangs or dies on startup with no indication of what's going on. Safe mode works, but of course that just means it skips loading the Chipamp plugins. Earlier tonight I had a slightly older version of Winamp installed prior, possibly 5.63 but can't say for certain, which worked perfectly. Also, what's the status on Chipamp 1.1? It's been years since the 1.0 release, which was soon followed by a preannounced update which hasn't materialized.

I threw some Dried Meat at it but it didn't join my party. Maybe I shouldn't have thrown the meat so hard...

I just came home from three (more) weeks of business travel, wondering if my backer rewards would be waiting for me. Well, no such luck. Cancel more than 72 hours before MAGFest and you'll be fine. You're not charged in advance for the hotel. MAGFest event preregistration is a different story.

After several years of being asked why I wasn't staying in the OCR block, I decided to show some initiative and make things right. And so I announce: I have reserved a new room and put in an OCR block request. Who wants to join me! Check in 2 Jan, check out 5 Jan. Let me know soonest if these dates need to change. Rate is $135 a night plus confiscatory taxes for $170 actual, which will be divided how ever many ways you like. Four people would each pay $42.50 nightly or $127.50 for the whole event. Quick suggestion... "humans that capture" -> "people who capture" Talk of humans seems impersonal and cold, and it's clear you prefer a friendly and playful tone.

"Stop" and "stopped" are far too close together for my liking. Perhaps change the second instance to "quit"? Also, I suggest dropping the word "out", resulting in "he quit helping Dr. Wily during the events of the fourth game".

I have all the old music from the first and second contests, though I dumped the RARs long ago. I can obviously make new ones, host them too. Would anyone complain if I did this? What I'd like is Unbalanced and Ruined . I listened once and deleted it all in haste, but now I want to give it another spin.

I think the point is that people get to make up their own capitalization rules whenever they name stuff, much to the consternation of biographers and such. Yeah, sorry I've not been contributing to this thread, just reading along, learning what I can, and mostly thinking "looks good" about whatever I see.

I also see Anti-Syne's page doesn't link to There Will Be Blood, though almost all other posts from today are nicely bidirectional. Leitbur and Forrest Powell also aren't given any song credits, though they are given album credit and are linked from the song pages.
