So did anyone get me finished tracks for my birthday?

I dig it. Very funky. I'm also really happy to see more folks recognizing the excellent soundtracks that have been gracing the Gran Turismo series. The North American releases really don't do these games justice by replacing the great music with licensed garbage.

Speaking of things that are overlooked, I'm sad that there's still only one Stunt Race FX remix on the site. Not that I don't love analoq's brilliant remix, but there must be more. MORE, I SAY. Particularly a metal version of Sunset Valley.

It's Black Mages, so I suspect it'll be more of the same of the first two. Personally I think it's starting to get a little drawn out. I guess they're running out of battle themes, but arranging the non-battle songs doesn't really fit their style.

I'm hoping we can be the next project released. Let's make it happen!

Alright, so since progress has been basically nonexistent on it for several months now (and PriZm doesn't seem to be responding to me), Sixto has agreed to take over on the opening version of Fighting of the Spirit. He even sent me an awesome WIP already. Can I trust the rest of you to finish up your tracks soon (well, not all of you. Talk to me, Mephisto) so we can start legitimately looking at a release date?

V, if you've got AIM or something you can send it directly to me that way. You can also upload it directly to the FTP I've provided; on the top of the private WIP section of the forums there is directions on how to upload your track to the webspace, then you just post the link to the final wav in your WIP thread and I'll grab it. I don't need a title for you to send it to me. We can brainstorm ideas here or in the thread for your song over there and I'll make sure to give the file the appropriate name when you've decided.

You might want to check out CarboHydroM's Ikaruga remixes. I don't think he remixes the particular theme you're asking about, but he does an excellent job with a couple of other tracks. Antimatter Saber Bird
