  1. Valve made it. They haven't made a bad game. Buy it.
  2. Wait, you guys are really getting Howard Drossin on? That is fucking awesome. Nice work, dudes.
  3. Someone make this. Projects here could use more OLR-style representation.
  4. You should come on NGI with Larry and I and talk about this shizz with us.
  5. Got a Thanksgiving quickie ep for you guys today: NGI: Top Fuel #01 - Giving Thanks Welcome to a brand new series-NGI: Top Fuel! This new series of quickie episodes will be released periodically to give you guys some extra tidbits of gaming goodness between full episodes. For the debut, Kyle and Larry celebrate American Thanksgiving the only way they know how to: By giving you more music! The guys choose two tracks that they are thankful for, while also getting Mae and Paige in on the act with their own thankful selections.
  6. I have a feeling this will be more consistent than Project Chaos. Of course, it will mostly be that way because this is shorter, but I suspect halc has brought the A-game out of everyone involved too.
  7. I picked it up even though I'm not much of a strategy gamer because, hey, 10 cents.
  8. Disco? Man, I can't wait for this...
  9. Nitro Game Injection #130: 99 Levels And a Glitch Ain’t One (SEGA Tribute Special) The guys pay tribute to one of the greatest game developers of all time by playing a selection of remixes and original songs, and discuss both the highlights and pitfalls of SEGA’s history. They also sit down with Stevo “Level 99″ Bortz, who gushes at length about the Saturn and Dreamcast, as well as his own remix project, NiGHTS: Lucid Dreaming. http://www.kngi.org/NGI/shows/2010/130_-_KyleJCrb_Liontamer_-_Nitro_Game_Injection_-_Episode_130_-_11-21-10.mp3
  10. So I just heard a near-final version of DCT's rapping super-collab. Holy shit. My mind. It's been blown.
  11. Except Bizarre has been pretty consistent at making good games. They just don't happen to sell very well.
  12. I love Diggi Dis' work: No two remixes of his ever sound the same, yet he always manages to consistently bring the quality. But, no mention that this thing is from Joe Cam's Animal Crossing remix project? No mention of the pun in the title? Are you slipping, Dave?
  13. He's being sarcastic because the queue of projects is OMFG HUEG LIEK XBOKZ. And yes, the queue of projects simply means that finished ones will have to wait for awhile, just like finished and judged remixes have to wait to get posted. I can't wait for this one, personally. RELEASE IT NAO SCREW THAT TEEN AGENT THING NYYYYYAAAAARRRGGAARRGRGRARGRGHHARRRGHHH
  14. Okay, the queue of album releases is immensely packed right now (Teen Agent, Pokemanz, Sonic 1, Zelda LA, AND possibly FFV Volume 2 are all in line,) so we won't be seeing the light of day until after January of 2011. In light of this, I've decided that we have time to eke out one more remix for this thing, so I've carefully selected one man for the job: ergosonic! Now rest assured that Chrono did a great job with his version and we will still be including it, but I've been wanting a rockin' remix of Team Shadow ever since I first played this game, and the alternate rendition that Gilbert will be supplying should be appropriately face-melty. It'll be awesome and I can't wait to hear it. Welcome aboard, good sir! To quell your fears of more delays: I will not be adding any more remixers or tracks to this project. The listing is now finalized. Outside of that, DCT should be wrapping up (wink wink nudge nudge) and we're beginning planning on the website and album artwork. We'll be ready to go once a hole in the release schedule opens up!
  15. Essentially, yes. Not sure if that's the final release order, but Larry confirmed all of those with me except FF5. Also, Around the World: Super Dodge Ball is on that list (after everything else.)
  16. Eh. I'd rather stick with City of Heroes.
  17. I think it's time to give this one a swift kick in the pants, courtesy of the KNGI project community.
  18. It's not really you either. I'm blaming your hired help.
  19. Don't worry, it's not Luiza holding up the last track. And yeah, I've already talked to Larry: We're slated for 2011 for sure. But I'm okay with that, as outside of the music, we've got plenty of other things to wrap up!
