I loved it as a piece of modern movie making. I enjoyed the over-the-top aspects of the movie because they felt unique and not a rehash of other apocalyptic movies. Sure its not realistic, but its not meant to be. I personally thought the casting/acting was excellent for what they were aiming for. Also the concept of an almost movie length chase was pretty cool. Im sad Max never got his car back though.

Each time I've starred my novice never finished so Id rather be a novice to get in on some action. I do however realize the need for stars is greater, so I'll sign up as a star if it ends up being Necissary.

Sounds like her. For blood starved beast, best advice is Molotov cocktails and stun him with the gun at every possible opportunity. Molotovs work well on Amelia too, but beware her healing spell. You have to be hitting pretty hard at this point to prevent her from healing. If you're much below level 30, she's going to be ridiculous by yourself.
Other than that, just hit her in the ass.
I'm not level 30 for sure. I'm not sure how people think this game is easier than previous games. Is there some secret to this game that I'm missing? I get wrecked by errybody

Which third boss? Blood Starved Beast or Vicar Amelia? Blood Starved Beast is optional if you beat the Cleric Beast I think.
Vicar Amelia I believe. Shes likes to make all kinds of screaming sounds when she swings at you? I keep getting wrecked on the way in trying to scrounge up blood vials. perhaps it would make sense to just check out Blood Starved Beast.

Still stuck on the third boss. I can see why some people think its too hard, but once you understand the differences between the combat styles in Bloodborne and other souls games it starts to get a little easier. Bloodborne is way more offensive than previous games as shields suck, and you get rewarded for countering immediately after taking damage. Im a little dissapointed by the lack of "cosplay souls" action though.

Im going backpacking and im selling off my desktop monitors as i wont be using them for some time (and havent really lately). Selling them leaves me with 300$ or so. Im looking to replace the speakers with some lightweight but high quality buds (not cans, as they take up too much space in my bag). So far everything ive found has been at minimum 500 but i found the shure SE425 headphones to be a good mix of value and price. Before I spring for them, I was curious if anyone had any good suggestions.

no, presets are there to help you. People dont often realize that being a musician is a multi-faceted hobby. some people excel in arrangement and composition where others excel in drum programming or sound design, it doesnt mean you suck as a musician if you dont design all of your own patches and SFX.

By the way, if my laptop broke, what would be a good way of raising money to buy a new one? I lose my scholarship if I get a job, my parents kicked me out, and I live at the college dorm full-time.
plasma donation could work, but it would take quite some time, as they pay 30-50 depending on the place and the scenario. Marrow donation pays the big bucks but it hurts like hell. Theres also various studies and surveys that pay. Lastly you could try to sell your skills as a virtual assistant if youve got the skill set.

I'll sign up as a star if there is a need. I use ableton 9 and my strength is probably drum programming. I might be able to help with a bit of sound design too.
