  1. I really enjoy Radiowar's D'n'B-ish arrangement of the same source (be sure to check it out here!), and this is a very interesting mix as well. Maybe it's not as energetic as Alex's track, but it's certainly much more funny. Nice job, Jacob!
  2. Hahaha, what a funny remix! The vocal samples are very cool But, of course, the overall arrangement is pretty sweet as well. Nice synth solo @ 1:50 - certainly done by Will Love this mix
  3. Nothing can go wrong when such guys as Stevo and Will write a song together. This is some serious fucking face-melting action. But you can't excpect anything else if you have blazing synths solos combined with energetic guitar blasts. The solos @ 0:37 and @ 1:23 are especially sweet. Great collab
  4. Yeah, I'm definitely getting a feeling of STH-ish vibe here. Something that can easily be in Sonic Adventure/Sonic Adventure 2. The guitar playing is top-notch as always and all the other performances are quite enjoyable as well. Awesome thing, CHM!
  5. I still feel ashamed, because I didn't review this song immidiately after its realese. Anyway, I'm big fan of Doors-esque songs, like this one. The distorted EP sounds pretty awesome and the leading guitar tone is perfect as well. Very good job, David!
  6. Ah, so relaxing and sooo smooth... While this track still maintains a bit of that asian atmosphere from the original, it's definitely got some jazzy stuff, like those excellent piano licks, sexy EP, a litlle of badass organ and catchy percussive elements. Even though it doesn't sound like typical Dhsu's stuff, this is a wonderful mix nonetheless!
  7. Yeah, boy, this is a classic Morse thing! Funky and smooth as hell. The piano work is pretty nice, the groovy beats are pretty nice as well. And, damn, bass is certainly the name of the game here. It actually sounds a quite boring sometimes, but the piano improvisation @ 3:11 actually helps to refresh everything a little and the moment @ 4:53 was also pretty cool. Nice work, Joshua!
  8. Oh... This is so charming The arrangement may be simple a little, but the track overall has a very cool warm sounding to it. Especially love the Vampire Killer Part at the beginning - that was groovy! Incredible job as always
  9. Uh... Yeah, at first I didn't quite like this song, because everything seemed to sound out of place, and I didn't like the vocals in particular, but now I love the feeling of live performance and I just dig the overall summer-y vibe of this mix. And the vocals are especially lovely Great!
  10. This is probably one of the most unusual ways to remix Corridor of Time. And it actually works quite well. The dubstep breakdown is especially nice here. Not much else to say - just great work!
  11. A lot of people may consider this track one of the best tracks on OCR. And I totally understand them. It's hard not to like such a collab! This is a truly anthemic stuff, with some excellent shreddage, juicy brass stabs, and other stuff. I'm really in love with this mix. Great!
  12. Ethnic jam, you say? Heck, why not! I really love how Dj Mokram handled the source, giving it a sort of Arabian Nights vibe. The hand percussion was probably my favorite thing in this mix, he certainly nailed it. I also like how the cameo of Dreams Dreams was thrown in here. Simply amazing <3
  13. Very clever title, like it. The mix itself may sound static & repetitive a bit, but I actually enjoy it. I also don't hate dubstep, so this song is okay with me in this way as well. The usage of piano and choir really helped to vary this mix, so I'm glad AE put them here. Nice job!
  14. Uh oh... I feel so... Uhhh... I'm a bit confused with those samples, haha. But hey, let's be honest - they make this track really good The Middle Eastern atmosphere is represented pretty nicely here, though I still can't get this weird combo of dirty samples and hot atmosphere. Wait... Dirty and hot. Oh, I think I just say that I enjoyed this track.
  15. Oh, this is one of the cases when you know that right from the begining your face is gonna be melt, and, hell yes, I'll let my face melt here This track is so fucking awesome. Seriously, Tony's guitar skills are jaw-dropping here as always, and everything is clean and dynamic. Wish it was longer, though.
  16. Electronica is surely the name of the game, when it comes to Palp's mixes, and this one is no exception, yeah. Solid toe-tapping beats, nice synth work and such, of course... But damn, there're some vocals on top as well! And I should point out, that they are just greatly performed. Killer work!
  17. Very nice fast tempo companion to Palp's downtempo take on the same theme. The usage of in-game FX is pretty cool indeed. All in all, classic Ben & Drew collab, full of that quirky chippiness. Great!
  18. One of my personal highlights of LD. So sexy smooth and laid-back. Really diggin' the lush percussive textures. And the overall feeling of flight here is great. Very cool work!
  19. Elec Man & Plug Man themes are my favourites from MM1 and MM9 respectively and Nabeel did a great job blending them into this energy-packed mix. Love how he changed the tone of Elec Man's theme - very neat. It really fits this dark track. Nice dirty wubs at around 2-minute mark. Simply awesome
  20. Gotta love some damn vibes as always Yeah, definitely lovin' them! I actually love all of Ben's mixes that involve acoustic instrumentation, even though it's not entirely live (or not?). The guitar playing is so sweet. And the overall latin/jazz feeling of this track is just insane. Awesome work!
  21. Honestly, this is not my favorite jam from this band, mostly becuase of how conservatively it begins, but the further flouroshes, like the improvisation @ 2:12 made this tune a bit more fresh and lovely. Very nice track, nonetheless
  22. Pretty sick evil-sounding mix! Man, that bass is just so damn great! The drum groove is pretty energetic and very cool as well. Also love the bits of chippy quirkiness @ 0:34 and @ 2:59. Wish this piece of music was longer, though. But all in all, very good job!
  23. Huh, this is just a perfect track for Halloween - sounds pretty creppy. The various glitching effects & the overall chippiness give the work a freant sinister atmosphere, but what struck me here most of all is the mangled vocal clip @ 3:19 - that really scared me a bit. Nice debut!
  24. Mind=blown. I love such tense cinematic arrangements a lot, and this one is no exception. It literally leaves me spechless whenever I listen to it. The guitars sound a bit out of place for me, but aside from that, this is very neat track. Well done!
