I was working on a remix of rtw a few years ago. Personally, I think the music in M2TW is really bad compared to its predecessors. But this is one of the better tracks, that's for sure.

It's not a real piano, but hey. Haha Of course, it would be even more fun as a reality show. 10 people go to wal-mart or whatever and run as fast as they can to find everything on their shopping lists while trying to sabotage for everyone else.

This is my first youtube video ever. You seriously have to watch this. It's a really stupid game, but it could be really awesome if remade as a source mod with some tweaks to gameplay. I know it doesn't really show in this video but you can knock your opponent's carts out of their hands and push them away so they have to run after them.

I guess it depends on whether you count the Zelda 4 project as active or not. It's been... revived, but it was dead for a long time. Maybe even for longer than this project has even existed.

It's the only game my girlfriend ever liked I'd like to see a remake of Shogo MAD.

I think I made (accurate) midis of inside the egg and the last boss music a year or two ago. If anyone would be helped by them (there's a lot of tricky notes in there), I can post a link to them...

Another idea I had was a Star Wars edition of Mario Kart. Mario -> Luke Luigi -> Han (or Obi) Peach -> Leia Yoshi -> Yoda Koopa -> Storm trooper Toad -> Ewok (or Yoda, in which case Yoshi would be Palpatine) Bowser -> Vader DonkeyKong -> Chewie Each one sitting in a spaceship rather than a gokart, Vader in a mini star destroyer, perhaps. All the graphics in each level would be changed for something more appropriate, not to mention the weapons. This should all be doable with a good rom hack. The music and sounds should be changed too. There wouldn't be much point to a game like this other than as a joke but it sure would be fun to look at for a few minutes.

I mean, I'll probably play it whenever it's released, but I'd probably have appreciated it more had it been released 5-10 years ago than I will in another 5-10 years.

Yeah... I can't imagine what the SM soundtrack would sound like reorchestrated. A lot of the spookiness about it is because of the low sound quality, I think.

Super Metroid doesn't need improved graphics. If you want it to look better just play it in an emulator with all the fancy effects on. I wouldn't say no to an improved version, I just think it's good enough as it is. Meh. You can say whatever game you want to, obviously, I just think you're wrong. I don't see how that same atmosphere could be recreated in 3D. Just make sure whoever does the remake wasn't in the Metroid Prime team.

I'd quite like to see Zelda4 or 3 in the same style as Zelda5 or TP... Otherwise, System Shock 2. Just touch up the graphics, maybe use the source engine. And if you say "Bioshock" I will ban you. Wait, I'm not a mod in this forum... I know there was another few I was thinking of recently... Transport tycoon would be cool in 3D, I think. Duke Nukem 3D in "actual 3D" would be too.

Sure, but it's still annoying. You can choose not to have links to images turn into images, urls not to turn into links etc. Youtube clips should be like that too.

Apparently some users can choose to disable smilies in their posts and others can't. Why? Also, when are we going to be able to choose whether youtube links in our posts are converted to little youtube frames or stay as links? At this other forum I got help with the thread renaming problem they have a special tag for making youtube frames out of youtube links, but here we don't.

I didn't know about that, but if it did work like the other subforums it would be a mess.. I'd still like some numbers over how many gigs of remixes are downloaded from the 3 download mirrors at a monthly average.

I think the bass could be a little more fun. If you listen to some disco music you'll notice the bass nearly plays the lead at times. It does spice up at 1:55 but should have happened much earlier and it still sounds very sequenced. You have some very interesting ideas though
