Three days without Bluefox? Can I get a what-what?!

No new version to put up yet, but just a verbal update: I've started the project over again and it is sounding far better now. The core is essentially the same, but I've rewritten it to flow much better.

Why do you want a humbucker-ish sound out of a middle single coil? It's a single coil for a reason. Humbucker-ish sounding single coils are usually for guitars that are equipped ONLY with single coils. Get a Blue or Red Velvet, Lace Sensor, or something else single coil only. It will open up your sound options tremendously.

So what's the ticket situation? Got the money, just need to know.

I have a Q6600, got it 6 months ago when the price dropped. They are now down to $230~, and the Q6700 is at $270~. I am overclocked to 3.0GHz on stock cooling, when I get a better cooler ($50) I'm going up to 3.4. These chips are fucking amazing, man. But you've heard me rant on about them a lot.

Holy shit, that you would mention Bub Rubb and Lil' Sis is odd, because my girlfriend had never even heard of them until last night when a friend of mine and I showed her the video whilst we were all drunk. That was the first time I had seen it in years. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?

Okay, here's the deal. Both my GF want to go (we went to the show in Fort Wayne, met all the guys, got her DS signed, chatted with Tom about OCR for a few minutes), but we're a few hours away. We're both willing to make the drive, but have nowhere to stay. Would anyone mind hosting us for a night or two? We'd be gone on sunday at the latest (saturday if you really want us out . We're both of legal drinking age so barhopping is also a possibility should you be up for it. Anyone?

I've eliminated clipping (that I could find), and rebalanced/remixed the orchestral sections (new instruments). I love the dual cello's that replaced the general string section, they sound much more sincere. Also added a guitar related bits and pieces, more subtle than anything else. Rerecorded the clean Schala part with a better-blending tone. We'll find out in a few months. Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions! Old: This started out as a non-OC Remix, just a straight cover, but I've decided that I'll eventually work it so that it's not a straight cover. First minute and twenty seconds is almost virtually complete, I don't think it can be much improved. After 1:20 is where the WIP-ness of it kicks in, as I will eventually extend it and get into the real meat of things.
