  1. Good humor mix. Probably the best Bubble Bobble mix ever made. Just one question: What is "bubba" doing with that poor sheep to make it cry like that?
  2. In a word... "grooooooovalicious" Ok, so it's not a real word, sue me...you won't get much...
  3. Extremely touching and musically well done. The emotion and flavour of this piece grabs the soul and trancends ordinary words. Technically, there is seems to be glaring error at approximately 1:28 to 1:31 where a looped sample seems to be re-played. The oboe comes back in after a cymbal buildup very quietly and unexpectedly and it seems out of place. This may only be my copy that has this error, so if you don't hear it, blame my ears.
  4. This mix is a nice "Chill out" type of song. An often re-mixed theme, but the arrangement is nicely done. My only disagreement is that it takes a while to "get to the point." It also has the standard, trancy, 8 measures between new sections or instruments. This leads to a certian predictability in the progression. The ending brings back the first 8 measures from the beginning of the song. Not very exciting, but, again, it fits. A solid mix with very standard structural elements that lends a good listening quality. No risk taking, here! On my Winamp Media Library, it's got a 4/5 stars.
  5. I for one liked it and am not critical about the samples, or the percieved "glitches" Sharp ear or not, this mix has its technical graces in the assembly of the beats. It shows wonderful planning and execution. This artist put some thought behind it beforehand as well. Personally, it was the first and is still one of the better takes on "Those Chosen by the Planet" (FFVII). The Nebilheim scene when Sephiroth torches the town has always been my favourite section, so maybe I'm a bit biased in my like of the mix. Keep up the wonderful work, and thank you for making this.
  6. Other than the part about "Feet kicking like Chun Lee" this rap flows from point to point with no break. I like it, and is easily the best game mix Rap that I've heard.
  7. I've never played the game. Never was interested in owning a handheld.....but this just absolutely rocks my ears off! Recommended.
  8. Original, effective and well done. The engineering is masterful and the arrangement is very tight and crisp. Very much recommended.
  9. Koji Kondo : 8.5 (Respect the original master) bLind : 10.0 The winner, bLind!!!! This would have made the game much more fun and interesting to have THIS track in the game. Is there a way to meld the emulation with custom soundracks? Either way, it's a wonderful mix that comes with much recommendation.
  10. There cannot be enough things to say about this remix. Mr. Disco has taken the bones of a simple melody, added flesh, blood and given it LIFE. There is nothing more to say, but AMEN to THAT!
  11. Shodan was the hardest boss for me. (System Shock 1 and 2 for the un-initiated)
  12. Klutz, Seriously, based on these remixes here on this site, and the remixes that I've downloaded off of your personal site, you should seriously consider applying for Juliard. Although there may not be much that they can teach you any more, but I'm sure there's a master's course.
  13. Simply put: WTF?!?!? Don't know what about it is funny, but I laughed for about 20 minutes the first time I heard it.
  14. Excellent as always. The upbeat tempo towards the middle/end of the song is an interesting change. As always, quality kLuTz craftmanship. I'm wondering if he's ever considered applying for Juliard?
