Speak of the devil! Yeah i have a new version uploaded, but there is a minute of silence. I'm working on it tonight and tomorrow, hopefully i might get it done soon. Either that or my computer explodes. At the moment its bordering on 5 minutes, so i need to lose a minute. I'll upload it and see what you guys think.

Hey everyone. Well, my frog wip is up. Me and sephire havent actually started on our collab, but well its been a busy few weeks for both of us. Although when we do start it'll be awesome. Hope it all goes well everyone!

Florestan has a choir sample soundfont, and so does Palmedia, which has a choir humm and a single female voice. Whilst they sound wonky doing complex stuff, if you slap reverb on them, EQ the arse off them and generally add some string lines or something they can sound quite good.

Ok seeing as everyones doing it, a state of the WIP http://www.vgmix.com/song_view.php?song_id=2760 It's nearing completion now, and the general structure is there, minus 20 seconds or so which i'll fit into the end.

Ok, i'm really sorry to spam, but i updated it. Added the end of Frogs fight possibly? Clydefrog brought up some good points in the WIP forum, so i'm going to work on them before i do more work fleshing the piece out. same link as before by the way!

Ok, the first look of my wip I was working on it tonight, just having a mess around, trying to go for a hans zimmer/Rome total war kind of sound. It's meant to sound heroic towards the end Its scene number 9, near the end of it. It doesnt include frog saving the gang, i have to work out that bit a bit better. This is done using the OST listing (claado could you send me the script part for scene 9?) and its easily fiddled around to fit the scene. Ok, some things which i know are bollocks...The percussion. I had a cool kind of off beat thing going on, but FL crashed, so for the moment its crashes and badly sequenced timpanis. Theres no 'fluffing' of it done yet, i.e i havent at little trills and bits of percussion. Okey dokey, my first work in progress, pretty much the beginning of my piece. Basically i sat down and had a good brainstorm about the whole song, and after reading through the OST listing and script outline i had a basic vision in my head of what was happening. Which is kinda wierd for me, because usually i dont think about my music. Ok 0-10 seconds - standing outside the door to schalas room. 10-40 seconds - approaching schala, more hurriedly etc. Probably with some action shots or something. 40-1:02 schala turns towards them and you see her face, hence the music. 1:02 onwards, introduction of the party, camera on frog? ok, basically thats what i though of so far. I'm working on another part of it as we speak, so if you guys want me to i can upload that soon enough. Hi hi, sorry im so late, had to reformat my computer! I'd like to work on either song 10 or 11, i.e frogs theme and 600ad. Mainly due to the fact i've worked on them before, so i can delve more deeply into them, that and last night i was screwing around with frogs theme and discovered my secret love for brass

I've listened to the piece and well, it sounds like ass, it really does I'm not even too sure of the orchestral, it good do with a lot more layers at the moment etc. I'll have to work on it a lot more, its just a question of finding time now. By the way, that buzzing noise is a muted french horn i think. I'll possibly change it
