It's funny that this topic should come up now... this weekend I have the projector from work home. While full-wall gaming is indeed pretty ridiculously awesome, you need a really dark room or else everything looks really washed out and dark colors are difficult to see. Even in a completely dark room, the projector I have here (a Dell 2300MP, a quick glance online says it's ~$1200) still doesn't look that good when it comes to the dark colors, and I've tweaked all of the settings as much as possible. That being said, anything with bright, vibrant colors looks alright. Playing Sonic the Hedgehog on a 2 meter wide screen is pretty fucking awesome.

Ahh. I knew it looked familiar, I just couldn't quite place it. That's not the game I had in mind. From what I've read, though it uses the same game engine, so you're close. It's the level select code from Sonic 3D Blast. Although, if you actually own the game, there's a much simpler way of accessing the level select:

I put what little knowledge I gained from my statistics course to use, and it seems 666 is the total number of possible matchups for a set of 37 songs. 741 is the number of possible pairs from a set of 39. So, unless they plan on adding two more songs, we're done voting. I noticed that too. I though it was weird for me to be 200+ battles in and seeing new songs for the first time.

Not bad at all. I remember liking your track a lot when I was judging in that channel.I'm about 1/3 of the way through judging in the finals now. edit: I'm at 666 / 741 battles judged, and it says that there are no more entries to judge. Somethin' seems fugged up.

I most likely won't be able to make the March 16th deadline. Even though my song is VERY VERY close to completion, my computer is being serviced, and chances are, I won't get it back until after the deadline... which sucks.

I seem to remember a mix of his being submitted to the judges. I'm pretty sure it was NO'd. I'll see if I can find the decision thread.
