Exact same thing here. I get up at 5:30 PST, turned on the news, saw the news on the shooting, went to PT, came back a 7 AM, and very quickly things spiraled out of control.

If I had just killed two people, the first thing I'd do is put some distance between me and the crime scene, then go to ground for a little while until I can find a way to make it to Western Samoa. That's what most people would do. This is the first time that I can think of where a fugitive decided to come back and try to take more people with him.

Trust me, things are different when you're the one being shot at. Bravado is nice, but you have no idea how you'll react when the bullets start flying. Especially with a bunch of civilians. The issue that this brings up is to what extent VaTech's CCW ban enabled this crime.

Yeah, I was pissed, I took a six month break from OCR when I was stationed at Ft. Benning. I come back right when the Jihad over the Sidebar commences, then the whole site destabilizes, Unmod gets nuked, the commies take over, and offtop is created as a bastard compromise to make up for the loss of unmod. I thought the sidebar was a little garrish, but nothing worth going on the warpath over. Then DJP goes insane for like a 3 week period, and bans everyone who thinks anything negative about it (Please don't ban me.). Then Unmod goes insane over Pixietricks becoming judge. I didn't understand why that was so bad. Then VGDJ, which I thought was quite good, went belly up. Then I log on one day, and it's just gone... all of it, replaced by this. I'll get used to it, but it still kind of hard to swallow. I really felt like Nero, fiddling while OCR burned. But hey, life goes on. BTW, Liontamer, thanks for the opportunaty to beat this dead horse some more, it keeps the flies away, and they're soo ugly. Argh, I'll get back to playing Diablo next week and forget all about this rant.

You won't like Offtop when it gets angry.

The mix does have a tendancy to bleed together, but I enjoy it regardless. It has a very improv feel to it, in a good way.

I love the new age feel to it, very soothing, but the synths clash slightly. All in all, very well done, 4/5.

You know, I had this playing in the background, not paying attention, and I thought it was a tango. There's a section that's pure tango. Then it moved on, and I was dissapointed. Not in the song mind you, the song's fantastic, but I really got my hopes up.
