well... if it's a hip hop remix then I'm all in for a collab if anyone is interested... cause that's the direction I would've taken it...

The dragon gave a lound scream... now I do wish my remixing skill was up to par... that's the one I would've actually picked

with the right sampling this would tur out to be a killer hip hop/ rap/ rock track. given the right instrumentation of course... but its not impossible... I have lyrics brewing as I listen to the original tune. it could be done easily...

I won't say I'm an expert but i might be able to help broaden your skills with FL studio.

I own it... and trust me when I say that this game oozes killer intent. I mean it's like devil may cry 4 on speed and acid while throwing in random stipper moves, poses, sultry dancing and a combo system that makes ninja gaiden 2 look like child's play. and don't get me started with how messed up some of the weapons are... 10/10 for me

I'm not gonna lie.. I am probably one of the few that will absolutely HATE having to wait on this project coming out...

I like that. those are ideas worth merit... and so the re-tweaking begins

it all depends on what type of upbeat you are looking for. The chrono Trigger remix by Sephtfire and FattyAcid works... but that's because of the intensity of the music... then again that's a bad example... it's mid-tempo.

Hmmm... I'll have to keep that in mind... I'm still learning instrumentation and all that though so I gotta get on it. I have an idea I wanna bounce off a few people though so if anyone is interested in it do shout me a PM. I want to be apart of this in some way.

So much for suggesting this idea to everyone... not only did someone beat me to the punch but there is nothing left for me to try and get in on. oh well... I'll be following this for the next year just cause this is one of my all time favorite VGM soundtracks

this is one orchestrated track I would write a song to. Hands down, I could do it now. the ideas are running through my head. You've got some fire on your hands man... this is so out of this world telescopes squint to catch a glimpse of the greatness.

This site's been up for ten years already? and here I was sitting on the sidelines content with being in the background. I can't be mad though. everyone who worked on the soundtrack got the credit they deserved. so ,definately, kudos and big ups to everyone... as for lyricists... Jose', I'll see you when I get there... you just raised the bar pimpin'...

I like the overall feel of this... even though at 1:02 it somehow reminds me of how Ryu's stage in super street fighter 2 started off. what stands out though is actually when the main body of the song is played. What grabbed me was the actual build up of energy waiting to be released starting at 1:42. I'mma sucker for a good vs. evil battle within type of thing... so really my only criticisms would be to try and make the organs sound darker and counter-balance the deep muted bass drum with a snare that has more of a crisp snap. My opinion, which I know isn't worth squat on this board (considering I haven't even posted a mix yet myself and really should before judging someone else's music...), is that you have a good mix and I look forward to hearing the finished product. Good work man...keep it up.

All I can say is wow. This IS truly a good mix. Listening all the way through, and this is completely my P.O.V. when I say this, but I imagine have someone lay down some vocals. Something light, sweet, and airy. Something like how Chara or Maaya Sakamoto would sing. but again, this is only my opinion. other than that...I say it's perfect the way it is.

My thoughts exactly... I even went so far as to write the lyrics from two different point of view. Sonic was the first and Knuckles was the next. Don't ask me where those lyrics are though, I lost them sadly... *cries in the dark* But I still wanna do this track. It deserves the justice of having it done and I think everyone can agree with that...
