this is pretty exciting! i spent some time online last night with larry and dave, getting some of the last little bits of logistics cleaned up. like i said, it'll hopefully be out later today, or possibly tomorrow. depends on what dave's able to get done after losing his weekend to travel. i also did an interview on saturday with Justin from Radio Free Gamer, and that'll air on their next show on wednesday. i discussed the history of the project, some stuff i've been working on lately, and where i think projects are going now that we've hit the 20th project (and beyond, with the queue of other projects coming out soon!) on OCR. turned out pretty good. it's about fifteen minutes or so, and i blabbed most of the time. edit: also, all three artists with name changes (even artem bank, who didn't really even bother to ask, just complained about it) got their stuff adjusted properly for the website and track files. so you're all in the clear =)

might be later in the day - like tomorrow night - or tuesday at some point. definitely this week - dave just is really busy and kind of lost the weekend, so he's working like mad to get it out.

actually, i lived in ithaca ny for two years - home of ithaca brewing company, finger lakes brewing company, five or six other low-scale beer makers, and about fifteen wineries on the finger lakes. there are twelve alehouses with more than two hundred home-brewed beers - that you can't get elsewhere - within a ten-mile radius. i still prefer mixed drinks, because i'm dumb and hate money.

i'm not a beer guy myself, so i could drive if you'd be willing to let me drive your car. if they offer beer tasting, i'll try some, but i've never been able to finish a full glass before the bitter taste drove me nuts.

near my place, there's a dong floating in the sky. i didn't put it there. it's not like mine, it's like this A X X X X X X just sayin.

bobby's system is likely going to be an i7-870 cpu (overclocked to whatever i can get stable), my used GTX 260 core 216, 16gb of ram, a 128gb SSD boot drive, 4tb of storage, dual optical drives, and a 750w PSU. in other worse, a monster that blows my primary system away =) i'm looking forward to playing with that much RAM combined with eight cores of awesome! i'm pretty sure that we priced it out, after my fees, to just under $2000 or so. we're still tweaking, though, so that's probably not the final build. sinewav's system isn't confirmed yet. it depends on how much his parents want to pay we're looking at a build that features an i5-760, 4gb of ram, a GTS 250 1gb gfx card, and around a terabyte of storage. that build was looking like it'd be around 900$, if i remember correctly, but i'm not sure.

i'll update now. the numbers are the month added, so that i can track how long something's been on the list. that way, we don't have stuff that lasts for super-long when it's been sold for months. edit: updated.

according to the recent update (#4), /home has been removed. so, can we get user-specified warp points yet?
