  1. http://soundcloud.com/djsymbiotix/silvertear-so-deep-dj-symbiotix-remix So I decided to make a track that goes back to my trance roots. This is an energetic trance remix of the classic song So Deep by Silvertear. Enjoy P.s. I know this is a remix of a Dance Dance Revolution song, but I know that the original song was licensed, and thus doesn't fall under ocr's allowance.
  2. An Orchestrated Arrangement of the Donkey Kong Country 2 World. Nearly 9 minutes of nostalgic and new experience. The Donkey Kong Country series has some of the most amazing music, and it's a great feeling to be able to help highlight some of it's magic. Tracks within the Medley. 1. Title Screen 2. Map Theme 3. Lockjaw's Saga 4. Krook's March 5. Forest Interlude 6. Stickerbush Symphony. Original Composer: Dave Wise. Enjoy. ;}
  3. Never posted on this side for the forum before, but I just finished this piece today. Mix advice and critiques are always welcome! http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=9818491
  4. hammered away at the keyboard a few days ago and this is something I put together in the course of a few hours. And it came out amazing. Let me know if you enjoy it! http://soundcloud.com/retrotation/wonder
  5. Yeah, I know - the Gerudo Valley Thema has been remixed a hundret times already... but what shall I tell you... it's just a cool melody that deserves it to be remixed So here is my piece of work. Please tell me what you think about it. I hope you enjoy it
  6. Two weeks ago I remixed the final battle song from "Double Dragon II" (Game Boy). Please tell me what you think about it. I hope you enjoy it
  7. Some time ago I remixed Testament's Theme from "Guilty Gear" that's also used as final battle theme in the fan made FF Game "Final Fantasy - Endless Nova" where I heard it the first time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX_AT8ODMPM (Part of the link was replaced by smiley, so I had to enter the link as code) Please tell me what you think about it. I hope you enjoy it
  8. Some time ago I remixed the song "Transformation" from the Sega Mega Drive video game "Altered Beast". Please tell me what you think about it. I hope you enjoy it
  9. Some time ago I remixed the song "Asteroid Dance Part 1" from the PC video game "Tyrian 2000". Please tell me what you think about it. I hope you enjoy it
  10. Just joined to post my little cover and what do I see? Another battery zone cover! Ha ha. It's so awesome and groovy, I thought it deserved a very close cover (and I have other projects to outlet my creativity as it is!). So I wouldn't call it a "remix" for a second. It does, however, have one small section I added myself ha ha. Hope you enjoy it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Arar9qOcEDg Criticism is welcome - believe me I'm used to it - but it IS finished, so I don't think I'll be putting anymore time into it.
  11. Hi all, I would like to share this Monkey Island LeChuck's Theme arrangement I made. I've read the guidelines about YouTube but this is a VideoSong. You can watch it in HD with audio codec AAC-320kbps. Watch on or VimeoAnyway, if you prefer an mp3 you can download it here: http://cl.ly/2zMV Hope you like it, any tips would be very useful for next videos. Thank you.
  12. The Last Hero - Ben Sylvan's Theme Rapidshare My latest work for my own non-profit project called Soul Edge Story - Soundtrack. Here I compose musics for my own story. This one is the main protagonist's main theme. He's Ben Sylvan, a warrior with incredible skills. In the story, in one scene, Ben plays a song in a piano - ironically, this song is his main theme. I hope you'll like it. If you want to use it, just leave me a message, dowload the song, and use it as you wish. Some of the elements is an improvisation! PS.: Sorry for my english.
  13. So this was one of the first tracks I ever remixed, but before I could ever finish it I accidentally deleted all the samples I was using and never finished it. Now with a software upgrade to Cubase 5 I thought it was about time I had another go at it. And the source I've been listening to alot of Daft Punk recently so this track is heavily influenced by them Let me know what you think and how it can be improved. Thanks in advance! _______________________________________________ Version 2
  14. Was searching through my apartment one day for something to do in the midst of boredom, and found Sword Master for the NES, just lying around in the corner. Decided to pop that in and get my ass whooped big time. Ah, the good ol' times. About a day later I had this: Sharpen The Blade (@ Newgrounds) It's not exactly anything brilliant but it's a way of saying thanks to Activision for not being full of ass back then, unlike they are now Oh, and to check the original: at 4:12.
  15. Hey guys, this is my first remix for the site, I hope I'm setting his up write. This is an arrangement of the Heavy Arms theme from Gundam Wing: Endless Duel (SNES) I submitted this for judging back in the summer and unfortunately just got the rejection notice on account of the remix being to repetitive and not different enough form the source material. Frankly though I'm at a loss as to how I can fix that. At this point all I can really come up with is shorting the intro from 4 bars to 2. And in my humble (biased) opinion the instrumentation/orchestration of the piece is pretty different from the original.... Any suggestions/comments/tips? Thanks! Link to FM Driver Remix
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tFd00k0bOs Tell me what you think. Thank you for checking it out. Sorry if it bothers you.
  17. Could you please tell me if it sounds right? I keep hearing an echo, maybe its my headphones or my good for nothing intergrated sound card, anyway.... www.youtube.com/user/shaslou

  21. Actually I really don't know what genre it falls in exactly. I did it in an afternoon just for fun. I don't really plan on going back to make it perfect, but I still thought I'd share anyway. http://www.upload-mp3.com/files/233192_0ssas/Fun%20Stuff.mp3
  22. Music link: I thought the group here would dig this one for the cool throwback intro. Anthem is a pretty neat track as it escapades across many musical themes and styles. Take a listen.
  23. I've remastered one of my oldest remixes. I made it for Dwelling of Duels in July 2008 (free month). Remastered it this past week. It's really happy metal! Click here to listen to Harjawaldar - The Brightest Star (remastered).mp3
  24. Hey all, Here's one for ya. Star Tropics 2 has some excellent tunes that deserve a bit more attention, so here's one. Sort of a lo-fi funk electro jam. Enjoy!
