Original in-game track: Hey there! I was hoping to get feedback on this metal cover of Death Egg Zone from Sonic 2 I just did. It was my second video game cover and I remembered this site from when I was much younger, and thought maybe it could stand to be considered worthy of OC Remix. Please, tell me what you think and if I should submit it for review here! (Also I have a Ristar cover from three weeks ago if you're interested -- also on my YouTube channel)

Absolutely incredible imaginative as all get-out track that could have all sorts of interpretations. I think it has unique additions in its second half, to add insult to injury when it comes to continually bringing the hurt (of infinite musical inspiration!). Maybe as some sort of prog rock thing (just to get the creative juices/inspirations floating, in any common-folk reading this), but could be literally anything! I haven't posted here in years, almost to the point of absurdity that I would ever have any newfound purpose for doing so. But this has awakened my soul back here. ... CALLING C-JEFF!? ...One can dream.

Hi! This is my first post here and I feel a bit sorry that it is a rather egoistic post where I show off my own stuff. But I will try to invest some time reviewing other songs too. I started a series of Secret of Mana covers. Sadly it's not suitable for OCRemix because I use the original titles as inspiration for my lyrics and keep those titles. This is part of the concept. I try to imagine the songs of the game as songs for a singer and the titles are hints for the stories the songs want to tell. I also play as much instruments as I can and I hope that I can get some collaborators to play other instruments too or sing some parts for the series. I release the songs on my YouTube channel and make videos with a performance of the song (as I always do with my songs). Feedback is highly appreciated and will be taken seriously.

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums but would love to share some of the work I've done with my group Becoming Elephants. It's got a musical vibe similar to some video game soundtracks like Castlevania/Mega Man/TMNT but also some modern sounds that draw influence from progressive rock, metal, and jazz fusion. It's all instrumental and our first album is a concept album. Hope you enjoy it! It's available in it's entirety for streaming on Soundcloud, YouTube, and Spotify. Thanks!
