Mr. Bottle Rocket
Help me out gais, I've been racking my brain trying to recall the name of a game I used to play way way WAY back in the spectrum era (albeit on the ending part of it), it was a side action platformer set in a horrible future and the main character was a cyborg that could transform into a dragon/dinossaur and a small tank, to restore his enery you had to stand under some machine that would crack open his chrome dome and zap his exposed brains...that's it really, I only recall one other thing and that was that at some point you would fight a giant robot that threw metal killhappy boomerangs or something. Mr. Bottle Rocket
anyone? This thing was pretty fun back in the day, I remember that...it pretty much had to be a spectrum since I've only had 2 console systems in my life and it sure as hell wasn't on my mega drive that I played it. Killmur
You should try using the wiki. It's a good place for this kind of research. Just be aware that the search system is a bit picky when it comes to actual searching for things. http://www.wikipedia.org/
The Damned
Specifically, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ZX_Spectrum_games and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZX_Spectrum_software. Search through, they might have it somewhere in there.
Mr. Bottle Rocket
Tried to search, to no avail.
The Damned
Have you tried searching for forums dedicated to the system? There may very well be some random expert who knows every game ever released for it just waiting to jump in and spout off his fountain of knowledge. 'Cause I don't see that happening here anytime soon.
Nohbody
What is a spectrum console? I'd follow The Damned's Advice.
jayc4life
I preferred the Commodore 64 better, to be honest. The sound quality for a machine of that time was unreal.

Well, usually The Coop comes in at this point and names the game. He does seem to know everything about everything, ever.
ZeroBass.Exe
What system was this on?
The Coop
A number of games come to mind, but none of them featured a transforming cyborg/robot thing that recharged through the brain.
