Gamemaster1379 Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Hey everybody, I'm sure you've all [hopefully] heard of MREO by now. We've gotten out there now with Nsider2 and all, but it seems through unfortunate circumstances, most of our team seems to have lost connection with us. I'm sure that most of it's been family and the holiday seasons and the like, but without a team, things are going to get a bit bumpy for us. So for any of you who may be interested in MREO, we would greatly appreciate your assistance. If you want to contact us, just shoot me or Zervic119 a PM here at Zentendo, or you can contact us on AIM. Mine is NSGamemaster1379 while Zervic119's is....Zervic119. Quote
Gario Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Hey, I'm still interested in the project - I know I haven't been in contact, but I really have been waiting on Sibelius before I get started on it. Just lettin' you know. Quote

That'd be awesome. Just contact me whenever you are ready Quote
Meteo Xavier Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 I'm still planning to contribute something once I can get my major stuff out of the way. I thought I'd have most of it done by now, but such as life. Quote
Gamemaster1379 Posted September 22, 2009 Author Posted September 22, 2009 Tell me about it, it's always one thing after another! Well, I hope you can get whatever you need sorted out soon. Quote
Meteo Xavier Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Its more like obligations and opportunities popping in and out randomly like some sort of ungodly mutation of a hooker and a giant mushroom in your bathtub. Quote
prophetik music Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 still waiting for someone to send me a midi of some kind to dress up. haven't heard really from anyone regarding this. Quote
Cuda Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Well, I;d love to contribute, but I only have the capabilities for guitar and bass recordings....so yeah, orchestra synths are no go with me....I'll listen to it fo sho Quote
Gamemaster1379 Posted September 22, 2009 Author Posted September 22, 2009 @Meteo, where's the bitch-be-gone when you need it? :U @Prophet. Yeah, sorry about that. The rest of our team isn't doing very much. If you want, you can troll them until they produce something. Try to lay off Nutritious though, he's dealing with a few week old child...I can't excuse the rest of my team though. :U @Cuda, perhaps that's a talent that somebody else lacks. If you can find a partner who'd be interested, you'd be a welcomed addition to our team! Quote
Meteo Xavier Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What's Metroid Reorchestrated? What does it sound like? Quote
Zervic119 Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 What's Metroid Reorchestrated? It's much like ZREO, Zelda Reorchestrated, if you've ever heard of it. They aim to take the great music from the Zelda games, and re-create it while giving it a realistically orchestrated sound. MREO does the same thing, except with Metroid music. Well, we plan to when we get a functional team together. Quote

Chernabogue Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Hey, I really interested in your project as I love Metroid games and music ! But I just have a question : what kind of music are you looking for this project ? Only orcherstral music just like for ZREO ? Because I have some problems making orchestral arrangements (I'm better with rock and jazz) Quote
Meteo Xavier Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Why would you do Rock or Jazz mixes to an Orchestral project? I guess technically Jazz might work since there are Jazz orchestras like Winton Marseillus, but is calle Metroid REORCHESTRATED because its largely orchestral at its core. Quote
Gamemaster1379 Posted September 27, 2009 Author Posted September 27, 2009 It's possible that his jazz and rock skills could be helpful to another, who knows. Quote
Jago Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 Though I won't be able to give you 1 song a week, maybe 1 song a month, I'd like to offer some assistance in this project. Quote
Gario Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 still waiting for someone to send me a midi of some kind to dress up. haven't heard really from anyone regarding this. Hey, I'm getting Sibelius in the mail in less than a week - I promise you that I'll send my sib project to you when I get it going on, dude (which will now be soon). Thanks for the offer - I'll certainly capitalize on it . Quote
prophetik music Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Hey, I really interested in your project as I love Metroid games and music !But I just have a question : what kind of music are you looking for this project ? Only orcherstral music just like for ZREO ? Because I have some problems making orchestral arrangements (I'm better with rock and jazz) are you for real? just wait for the NEXT metroid project, in a week or two. they're always popping up. Quote
Gamemaster1379 Posted September 28, 2009 Author Posted September 28, 2009 Hopefully we can get this one off the ground if anybody would be willing to actually jump in. I have a handful who say they will then are like "oshi- personal life brb for a couple months" D: Quote
anosou Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 are you for real? just wait for the NEXT metroid project, in a week or two. they're always popping up. Don't be an ass, he was asking a question Quote
prophetik music Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 there's a difference between asking a question and saying "hay guys i write metalz can i be on your orchestrated project". Quote
anosou Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 there's a difference between asking a question and saying "hay guys i write metalz can i be on your orchestrated project". The difference being that "hay guys i write metalz can i be on your orchestrated project" is rude and stupid and his question was not. Quote
prophetik music Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 lol, fair nuff =) i LUV you, anni! Quote
