Jonathan David Arndt Posted March 27, 2020 Posted March 27, 2020 (edited) Well, I seem to have attained the highly desired rank of "Chocobo (+20)". But what does it mean? is there a list of the various ranks? (A quick search on this forum, and even a Google search revealed nothing.) Edited March 27, 2020 by Jonathan David Arndt Quote
prophetik music Posted April 29, 2020 Posted April 29, 2020 it's talking about post count (i believe it's listed as 'content count' under your profile). Quote
Jonathan David Arndt Posted April 29, 2020 Author Posted April 29, 2020 (edited) Yes, it does clearly change with the number of posts. What ranks can be obtained? Is there a list of all rankings, and how many posts (or content count) must be made to attain a particular rank? Edited April 29, 2020 by Jonathan David Arndt Quote
prophetik music Posted April 30, 2020 Posted April 30, 2020 i don't see a memberlist anymore to compare content counts. you can go through profiles by hand based on the leaderboard tab up top of the forum, though. Quote
Jonathan David Arndt Posted July 8, 2021 Author Posted July 8, 2021 It looks like there has been a change to the forums, and there are now 14 ranks from "Newbie" up to "Grand Master". But it looks like everyone (including DJP) have the "Newbie" rank. What are these all about? Quote
DarkeSword Posted July 8, 2021 Posted July 8, 2021 Invision added new "ranks" based on forum participation. There's some gamification like achievements. It was all added by default as a part of a recent forum upgrade. We haven't done any customization of it. Might explore these systems once we do more robust workshop implementation. For now, it's not really relevant. djpretzel 1 Quote

If I lose my rank and get busted down to Newbie because of someone I've never met is mucking around in the code, I'm going to shit bricks until I can build an entire village of brick houses for low-income families that are not eligible for state financial assistance to contain my rage.
