Nor have I ever heard anything close to speedcore on here =\ (except my lame attempts). avaris: I agree that it should be done, I just haaaaate working on it ;__; . Quote
Skrypnyk Posted April 2, 2007 Author Posted April 2, 2007 K, kind of a weak bump, but I threw in some slight arping chipsynths in, extended it a wee bit, added a perfect audio clip, did a bit more work with the drums? Probably... I think I'm gonna bring back the melody again and throw an outtro on it. Not sure what else I can do with this. Quote
CHz Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 This might be the greatest remix I've ever heard. FINISH NAO Quote
Christo Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Excellent use of Adventure Time and Simpsons Quotes! Quote
Radiowar Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 haha sounds like speedcore irish dancing what is this a remix of? Quote
Skrypnyk Posted April 4, 2007 Author Posted April 4, 2007 you have awful timing Monobrow =< I just updated it again. I think that's all I'm going with the track, anymore in terms of length will have nothing to do with the original and I'll probably just be manipulating samples, etc. Quote
DJ Tetsusaiga Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 Crazy XD! love speedcore. Drums are perfect, clean, transitions are awesome and its progressed and arranged very well, nice job ^__^ Just wondering what its from lol. Nice ending too! Quote

The amount of unrecognition of the main theme from Bubble Bobble distresses me greatly. /lick Skrypnyk Quote

B33J Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Speedcore? like http://www.ocremix.org/remix/OCR00683/ ? Love the song Skrypnyk! woot! Your mix is faster than that SMB Dirty Mix one, too. Quote
Radiowar Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 too bad it was harmonically thin i am keeping it anyways Quote
John Revoredo Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Holy sh*t! This is Aphex Twin/Squarepusher madness!... really crazy stuff. Very enjoyable and nice, ... holy shit... there's a huge drumwork here, dude!. Cool! Quote
Theory of N Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 put in moar bg sounds. like, a bass synth, or some chords in the background. That would add a bit of melodic content >.> Quote
Skrypnyk Posted April 16, 2007 Author Posted April 16, 2007 There is a bass synth in there =( The problem with adding pretty much anymore into this, is that it will sound cluttered, sounds will clash, etc. etc. I will be making slight mods to this (the ending kinda bothers me), but I'm sure it still won't pass. Oh well, fun fun. Quote
Lumina21 Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 Some real speedcore, probably the first Ive seen on here since SMB Dirty Mix. The song carries energy pretty well, though I think it could help tov ery up the dynamics a little bit more. Quote
