Graaaaaaaaaargh. I had bought FL Studio because I thought there was no sale. (none happened on Black Friday).

Oh well, now I get 50% off a plug in to make up for it. :nicework:

Not exactly sure if it's a deal or not, but EWQL SO is now available at half off list price? The gold edition appears to be USD 247.50?!

Newegg has Hd 280 Pro Sennheisers for $60 off, but today only unfortunately (2011-01-21)

http://slickdeals.ne...h-Free-shipping
or, direct:
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16826106328

The popular consensus here seems to be AKG K-240's I suppose, but man, brain stuck doing loops in trying to figure out what to do at this price and one day left. The pressure.. mounting!!!!

Perhaps the wrong place to post a deal like this (this thread seems to be more targeted to longer deals), but just in case this can help anyone stumbling on this post who doesn't obsessive compulsively hound Slickdeals

HD 280s are closed design, AKG k240s are semi-open.

Some people tell me semi-open are better.

Right now Studio One Artist version is on sale for $20.12 and I think it may be the last day for it (NAMM sale). While the Artist version doesn't allow VSTs, the upgrade to the Producer or Pro version will still be cheaper than buying them outright. I haven't used this software myself but I've heard good things.

LASS 2.0 is being sold with $400 off. I still won't be getting it, but I imagine this is about as good as they get?

For those who need an upgrade from free orchestra samples, this isn't a bad deal.

New No Brainer deal at Audiomidi.com -

Applied Acoustics Systems
Strum Electric GS-1 for $20
http://www.audiomidi.com/dp/B0028PNHRS

You know, I'm personally going to pass despite the 'deal'. I don't think the plugin sounds all that great but others might enjoy it.

It's good for strums, arpeggios and such but not much else. There has to be better prices for that though, I got it from a local retailer for about $90.

Musicians Friend has 15% off *any item over $250

*With the exception of vendors listed here.

Was going to buy some gear. Turns out it was on that list. Boo.

Still though, 15% is about as decent as you can get on non-software gear.
