    I don't like Proto Man much because he takes double damage. I haven't downloaded Bass yet, but if he plays anything like Mega Man and Bass, he should be good fun.

    I gotta say Yoshi's Island is way up there for me. I dunno, I've never picked a best 16-bit platformer. I seriously might have to go with DKC2 here. EDIT: If mega man games count as platformers then I choose like...all of those.
