A) Beat wasn't always a Reaper, so saying he counts as one when this is obviously not Reaper Beat is just giving false hope to yourself and/or others. I think the TWEWY characters will only appear in the RoS (so not in KH3), and they are there, in part, to teach Sora and Riku about the RoS. Here, have the interview from the new Famitsu. I do have some bad news though. There will be no Reapers in this game. No Higashizawa, no Minamimoto, no Reapers at all... Oh well.

Also, I likened trying to stop piracy to cooling down the sun earlier. One would destroy the world, the other would destroy the world wide web. Neither is good, and neither can be truly stopped without serious repercussions.

It's because they don't know the full details of the bill, nor do they have any idea of the repercussions that would come to pass if the bills are passed. And no one has told them of this. It's up to us to show this; it's also why the internet is blacked out. Bit of a lesson to show what the sites would do if the internet was censored.
