  1. This is a nice mellow track, one that I've always loved. Also love the usage of "birdcussion". XD
  2. This song is a bunch of genres all hiding together, taking turns rocking out to the source. That's it. And only Diggi Dis could get them to do that and have it turn out as perfectly as this.
  3. This song used to be one of the longest on my computer, and I loved it for that. Though it is long, every second is filled with haunting melodies and a mystical, mysterious vibe, perfect for the source. I still love this song; always a nice listen. And the FF6 soundtrack could always use some love (aside from Terra's theme; that has enough love).
  4. I still think Prot should've finished remixing the soundtrack. That said, this is a great take on the source, one that keeps the vibe of natural beauty and takes it to a whole new level. Beautiful work here! :3
  5. I guess it was only a matter of time before I reviewed an Ice Cap remix. This is pretty good; it has that WillRock flair. A very enjoyable listen; way to go Will!
  6. Time to review THE ORIGINAL REMIX!! It's not a bad song; as Brandon said, it stands up pretty well. There are a few issues that stand out, but all in all it's still a solid mix.
  7. This song manages to capture the feeling of I'M RIDING ON A MUTHAFRIGGIN' DRAGON quite accurately. I'm glad to see this source get some more love, and this is more than enough love for it. Fantastic piece here, Archangel. Fantastic piece. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must ride my Hiryuu and listen to this song while doing so.
  8. This track... it's a perfect combination of Zero's themes from the first 3 X games. They flow fluidly together in a mix that captures Zero's essence quite well; the usage of sound effects and Japanese voice clips further solidifies this. This is another mix that I love; wonderful job here.
  9. I've enjoyed this song ever since I found it over at Remix:ThaSauce. A nice calm mix that conveys feelings of happiness and bliss, and as it goes on jubilation and ecstasy (the feeling, not the drug) are added. Beautiful beautiful work; you two work well together. Nice job Stevo and Emu!
  10. I have to say... I would not have heard any of this music if it weren't for last year's OCR Secret Santa. I was gifted a bundle of games, one of which was VVVVVV. I played it and fell in love instantly. The thing that drew me in the most was the music. After beating it a couple of times, I posted a request for remixes. Little did I know that PPPPPPowerup! was in the works. The entire album is pretty cool, but this track is great. It's as if the source was taken and ported for use in Super Meat Boy, which is exactly what Danny B was going for. Great work! Love this track. :3
  11. This song... just thinking about it makes me want to play the game. It's a fantastic rendition of the track, capturing the creepy feel of the source and the area it represents. Fantastic collaboration; you two work well together! :3
  12. Such a mellow mix; beautiful and faithful. Wondrous job, but I've already told you this when it came out. now where are you anyways?
  13. This album is awesome. As is this track. I think this is the perfect style for the source to be remixed in, and it comes out sounding wonderful. The finale of the track is great too; it's a fitting culmination to the track, with all preceding parts building to it. Nice job, Nutritious! ^.^
  14. This starts out sounding like the original game, but quickly reveals itself to be something else. A wondrous mix of the classic tune, halc. Wondrous job here! :3
  15. We'll defeat him and the revelation will come out that Jooj-cat was controlling OA the ENTIRE TIME. WHAT A TWIST!
  16. I hadn't made that connection between the Hero's Spirit and MM... That makes a lot of sense, actually. :3
  17. Holy crap! Thanks a lot! That gets the count down to around 54 reviews to finish Final OA off once and for all. THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE AS I HAVE ONLY TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT THESE 23 WITH REXY'S LATEST FIGURE Look out though; final bosses tend to have attack patterns that vary once they reach low health. And this is about 25% for him.
  18. How many CDs are left, by chance? Just curious.
  19. Just for this, I'm playin' some DKC3 tonight with the MERRY code enabled. Thanks for the preview! Can't wait to review this!
  20. Awesome! TAKE MY SHOTS! *fills a shot glass and hands it* That's the low price, right? :3
  21. Actually, only the LttP timeline is caused by Link failing to defeat Ganon. The WW timeline is based on if Link remained an adult after OoT (an option that isn't given in-game). Maybe... the difference between the Adult and Child timelines are if Link looks for Navi or not after being sent back to being a child. Maybe it's one where he stays in Hyrule and grows to be an adult.
  22. My plan is to do 16 every day until either this is done or the month ends; whichever comes first. Theoretically, at this rate I should be able to beat him on my own by the 30th (16 a day in 6 days is 96; by the fifth day I'll have done 80) but I feel that help would be appreciated. And advised. This is how you Limit Break, btw. :3
  23. You just made my Christmas Eve, Fishy. Thankies~ :3 Also thanks to Gario since he's the one who mixed that.
  24. This is one hell of a medley with one hell of a tropical flair. And it's awesome too! The arrangement is fantastic, the song choice is wonderful, and the feeling is smooth. Unlike pineapples, which are spiky.
  25. Here's another mellow mix from JM; it's calm, cool, and relaxed. Much unlike the stages in which the source played (spinning around is not really that relaxed, ya know?). A good listen on a calm day; great for backing ambiance when hanging out with friends too!
