  1. Hello everyone! Just sharing my latest remix Let me know what you think!
  2. I made this orchestral remake of the ruins level (Birabuto kingdom) from the classic gameboy game Super Mario Land. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LgxGAGI8qY
  3. Hi there, I postet this piece almost exactly five years ago in a very early version (it was actually more of a MIDI mockup) and now in the last few weeks I've been working on it again very intensively. The whole thing was recorded with new and – hopefully – more realistic orchestral samples and re-arranged here and there. I would be happy to get some feedback, especially on the mix or the sound in general and what could be improved. Synthetically realizing an entire orchestra on a PC is really a science in itself (at least for me) and I must honestly admit that it took me at least two to three times as long for recording and mixing in the sequencer that for the actual composition in the notation program. On youtube with excerpts from both score and sequencer Thanks for your feedback Dustin
  4. Hi there, I spent the last days working on this little tune... https://www.soundclick.com/artist/default.cfm?bandID=674265 ...a somewhat rhythmically driven (almost march-like) medieval/fantasy theme soundtrack theme. It's build upon a (hopefully) heroic melody and is intended to accompany the travel montage of a fantasy epic (game/film). If you have some handy tips, especially concerning the mix, please do not hesitate to share your insights. Best regards Dustin
  5. Yo! I published my first collaboration cover with Arzie Van Dee :)! It's Mega Man 2 - Dr. Wily's Castle Theme. Our cover has quite a lot improvisation and original touch, which bends the original theme into a new direction. All feedback is welcome and appreciated!! =) Here is the cover: Here is the original soundtrack:

  10. Once again, I decided to try to experiment with style and arrangement to make a unique take on a classic VGM theme! If I were to give it a title, it would probably be something like "Hunting for Ridley". Whadya think?
  11. Hello All, You will find below all the tracks of my album, which was released on November 18th. Its structure is Intro - 2 tracks - Interlude - 2 tracks - Interlude ... - 2 tracks - Outro - Bonus. I hope you like it and don't hesitate if you have any comments Best, Leonis C.

  14. Hi everyone, It's nice to be a part of the forums! My friend and I started our youtube channel a while back (~3 years ago) and after going on a hiatus, we've decided to come back with a vengeance. This past week, we posted 3 stockpiled songs, along with 2 brand new ones. On top of that, we set up a soundcloud account and made our covers downloadable on there. Here is a link to the most recent song, Cid's Theme from Final Fantasy VII: We've got 12 covers up at this point. I think that our work has been steadily improving in quality, and one of these days we'll certainly be submitting a cover to OCRemix in hopes to make it on to the roster! I feel that our Stickerbush Symphony and Cid's Theme are getting pretty close to the minimum point of quality that we want to meet before submitting. At any rate, I hope that some of you find pleasure in listening to our covers, we look to be posting a new one every Monday (known as Clangemonday). Looking forward to hearing from you guys Thanks and <3 to you all, Clangemonium
