I know his knights were in Dreamland 2, so it's implied he's there. You just never see him, I guess. I think. I need to go back and play the classics.

That's only the next WIP date. There's one more after that. He won't know that until after the final date, which is in September if memory serves.
As for Subrosia, you'll just have to wait and see!

It may have something to do with the fact that both versions run at different framerates because of the hardware, but aside from that I don't think it's true. That would be kinda stupid, don't you think?
