  1. Thank you for the birthday wish! Have a wonderful day!

  2. Certainly very emotional, and the ending left me with sad feels, but musically, that's great. A gorgeous and powerful ReMix. The piano sounds sweet and the the mix seems to progress naturally. Very well done.
  3. Beth's vocals go along with the flow of this ReMix extremely well. Smooth and airy, while the guitar keeps the mix grounded and solid to tie it together. The reverb and tone of this mix does work for the sound that was attempted, and sounds great. Nice collab.
  4. I really like the chippyness going on all around the flute and guitar. Like mixing modern and retro together, which is cool. The production from you guys is on point and the arrangement, like I said, has a great blend of styles. Not bad at all.
  5. Pffthahaha! Oh that whistling into the monkey noises and back into the whistling! I just can't stop giggling over how happy this makes me feel! It's like the ultimate "back off, my day is sunshine and nothing can ruin it now!" song. I love the Me and Julio actually, so hearing a Mario take on it is magical. This is just begging to be used in a fun little animation. So good, guys, this is why I can't get enough of this site.
  6. Agreeing with the previous reviewers, the breathing sounds make this a more intimate and "alive" ReMix. You can almost feel like you are experiencing it like an up close concert by hearing him breath, which is cool. Excellent performance and arrangement.
  7. Oh god yes, Cello! Much like DJP, I absolute love the Cello and I think it's a gorgeous instrument capable of the most beautiful sounds. The video showing the music sheet going along with the playing is something I haven't seen before myself, so I truly enjoyed following along with that, even if I can't read music for anything. Kudos for that. As for the song, a trio of Cellos playing a good combined tune of the Inn and Town D's tune from Seventh Saga is a treat, and when it ended, I went into "Aww! More!" mode. It's not even a short ReMix, but it was so good that I could listen to it for hours, that's how much I love it. Congratulations on this album, AeroZ!
  8. I have always liked the town theme in Castlevania 2, and some jazzy piano is more than welcomed in these parts. Terrific slowdown section, I'm digging that the most in this amazing ReMix. Sounds like it could have ended there, but you went even further with it and kept going for well over another minute and put the exclamation point on it. That ending, man, damn! Well done, fella!
  9. Funky and easy going enough to where I would agree with the sitcom mention. I like the chill feeling of this mix and dig it even more when it picks up steam halfway through. Good to hear more from Nase again. It's been too long.
  10. Epic as all hell. Lots of great attention to details and for it's length, it never seems to linger on any one idea or section for too long without changing anything up, which is perfect. Wonderful track from the album that I'm glad to see on the front page.
  11. Now this has the right amount of eighties thumping beat that folks can groove to. All the sources fit together like a glove and sound fantastic. Another winning ReMix from the WCRG, I'd say.
  12. Wow, the flutes with those voices together with the guitars and bass sounded neat. I'm all for the atmosphere of this one and some of the productions effects used. Taking some of that ethnic flavor and combining it with the modern sound, pretty good deal.
  13. Man, if this came out of my television speakers instead of the original Labyrinth Zone theme, I may not have wanted to throw the tv out of the window while trying to make it through that zone the first time I played Sonic. It's calming and gorgeous and I could really picture a skyline meeting a vast ocean on the beach while this plays. I think I can agree when everyone said that this was a take on Labyrinth Zone we all needed to hear. This is aces, guys.
  14. This freaking rocks guys! Wow, lots of upbeat energy and great progression throughout the length of the mix. The production is incredible and this mix just feels great. Really hard not to enjoy something so damn happy and powerful. Seriously, this is outstanding work and going right on my playlist for sure.
  15. Stunning solo-piano playing. I pretty much agree with Nutritious, taking it slow at the start and building it up was an awesome choice and I love how this glides to a slow end. That's beautiful. Great first mixpost, fella!
  16. I love how this works for both the wedding and co-op play themes turned into a romantic "need you" story in the lyrics. That's a pretty emotional and clever idea and I'm all for it. Excellent work with the production and I personally don't have anything to nitpick at with the auto-tune or vocals for the most part because they are done in a way that fixes rather than causes problems to me.
  17. This has a royal medieval darkness about it that I would expect from sources called "Knight Artorias" and "Gwynevere", and it's backed up more so by the bells and the choir, which sounds amazing for this arrangement.
  18. I think this is my favorite Halc and Brandon collab so far. The chips of halc and Strader's guitar just work so well together in this ReMix, and considering how the source sounded compared to the rest of Kirby's soundtrack, I don't think I've have it any other way than the way these two presented it.
  19. Loved this on the OCR Christmas album, and I still love it now. I like the direction you took with this source. A lot of people would expect to just rock out with it in the same vain as the original, so it's cool to hear someone try to take it down a new path and transform it into something sweet. Awesome stuff, Timaeus.
  20. Uh-huh. Well, that was different. But I liked it. The gritty staccato beats with the main melody playing over it sounded well done for the genre it was in and things seemed to evolve as the mix went on in terms of the background moodscape. Not a huge fan of the speed-up either and it could have been trimmed a bit, but honestly there was nothing in this ReMix that made me lose interest or not like it. Unique, different and coherent even when getting a bit crazier. Good debut I would say. Nice work.
  21. I have always thought Edward's harp theme was beautiful and had a great melody, so taking it and combining it with Penelo's theme for such a gorgeous waltz was terrific to listen to. So much grace and elegance coming out, and the themes play off each other so well. Awesome orchestral ReMix.
  22. Not bad. Always nice to hear someone go out and just let loose on the vocals and taking this song down a punk rock avenue is cool. Really nailed it on this arrangement, great job!
  23. Whoa, pure sugar rush incoming! So happy and fun, this is a feel good mix that just does not let up, and I like things like this every now and then. The retro sound coming off of this does remind me of halc's brand of chippyness, and the melody is something that I would expect from something called Flimbo's Quest would have, but damn, it's just so happy I can't resist smiling at it.
  24. Wow, those synths are putting in the overtime work here. Lots of grit and warping, but it fits with the rest of the electronica in this mix, and the main melody still comes through, so that great. Sweet beat and it continues to change and grow or go in a new direction with each passing second. Awesome.
  25. Sounds amazing, guys. Lots of nostalgic vibes from the opening and ending of the mix, but enough originality and personalization in the middle to keep it fresh for OCR. Also liked the voice clips added in. Short and sweet, very cool.
