  1. Awesome mix! You got my attention from the very first note, and I am still listening as I type this--high praise from me. Just comes to show that two heads are oftentimes better than one.
  2. Classic WillRock: makes you feel as if you've been transported back to the '80s. (correct me if I've got the wrong decade, but it screamed "80s" to me) This mix got me hitting the "download" link partway through listening to it—high praise from me. A solid mix, and nothing sounded out of place, even with the two sources being three games apart. My only gripe: IT'S TOO SHORT! And if that's my only gripe, then it's a solid piece indeed.
  3. A nice, relaxing mix. This is an good take on such a classic theme. A welcome addition to the playlist.
  4. Simply beautiful! And FWIW, I don't think that the key change was grating at all. I don't download many Remixes with lyrics (I usually pass them by), but yours is definitely one that I'm adding to the playlist.
  5. This was a good mix. My only nitpick was that when the lower strings came in around 1:30, it sounded like someone vocalizing at first. Other than that, a very-well executed piece of music.
  6. Really loved that old-time vibe that you brought to the theme. Makes me feel like fillin' up the ol' jalopy an' goin' to meet my old grandpappy up in the mountains!
  7. Though some of the transitions were a bit abrupt, I like the overall mellow vibe of the piece. You don't get the sense that the base tracks came from two different games at all. This is in my playlist as we speak.
  8. This is a wonderful piece of music. Beautiful in its own right, and I can begin to see where that redemption story can be conveyed in it. Definitely going to add this to my playlist.
  9. Awesome piece. You did a good job balancing speed with dreaminess. I can almost picture this going into one of those luxury-car commercials where the car is speeding through a bustling metropolis at night. This mix is going straight to my collection.
  10. Nice mix. I can see what djpretzel is talking about; I can easily get that "seaside cave" vibe from this mix. You had me hooked from the first notes; this is going into my collection.
  11. Wow. This may be short, but it does not leave me with the feeling of "something's missing." If they ever make an FFVI movie, this should DEFINITELY be in it.
  12. Very good mix, and I wasn't jarred at all by the intro or the transition from it. However, the ending was a bit off-puting, as it sounded like the song was unresolved; I was waiting for the final note for a few moments before I realized that the song was actually over!
  13. Nice work. Mellow, but still gets the booty shakin'. Straight to my playlist it goes!
  14. To be expected from anything will WillRock involved! Awesome rock orchestra mix! This easily merits a spot on a workout playlist.
  15. Awesome mix! Few mixes prompt me to download before I finish hearing the entire thing in preview, and this one is part of that select few. Well have you paid tribute to the Shoto Spirits. (And I just had to laugh at the end! Nice touch.)
  16. Wonderful work. Maybe it's because I'm only a trumpet player, but those violin glissandos didn't come across as fake to me; the player would just have to be very skilled to do them. Either way, wonderful work, and a good addition to my collection.
  17. Beautiful. Though I feel that this could have been a LOT more grandiose, there is nonetheless something to be said about a simple, beautiful mix. Good ReMix.
  18. This is a wonderful track. Just the thing to keep you going and remind you on gray days that life always goes on.
  19. I know that I'm going against the grain, but I actually think that the drums are a bit too loud in this song--namely the high-hats. A bit quieter, and it would easily blend in with the subtle beauty of the music. Other than that, I like the mix--especially the transition to a more cheery tone around 3:00.
  20. Awesome mix, Rexy. You got my booty shaking, and you got me hitting that download link before I even finished listening to the song (high praise from me). Keep up the good work!
  21. I am listening to the piece for the first time as I type this, and I can say that I have so far NOT heard anything that would make me say that the orchestral/chip combination sucks. I was engrossed from the first second, and am still awestruck at how sweeping this sounds. (I don't want to use a certain overused four-letter word that starts with "E." Suffice it to say, it sounds like a piece of music that would go perfectly with a panoramic shot of Hyrule; it is that grand.) If Zelda OoT was ever made into a movie, THIS should definitely be in it.
  22. Wow. This is one solid mix. Easily sounds like something from a movie...Perhaps the ending of a suspense film?
  23. Took the words right out of my mouth. This is one sexy piece of music, perfect for being with that special someone.
  24. Really great arrangement. I will not lie, this is going straight into my library. I could easily pick up the strains from both Liberi Fatali and OWA, but I agree: you managed to weave them into one cohesive theme quite well. One question (not a gripe, but an observation): I noticed that in the horn section starting at around 2:00, and again in the piano section near the end, you repeat the "Estuans interius" line from OWA, but never conclude with the ubiquitous "SE-PHI-ROTH!" Am I correct in guessing that the omission was intentional? a means of breaking from the OWA-remix norm?
