Just to add real quick: After Burner got an unlicensed port to the NES thanks to our friends at Atari Tengen (which was updated by none other than Sunsoft for a later Famicom release) so I'd call the 2A03 usage in this song kosher. Not that it wouldn't be if that port didn't exist, but there is at least a precedent.

I wonder what the story is? I mean, Nick has clearly been going WAY out of it's way to fuck up the delivery this season. Somebody must have pissed of a nick exec or something.
Ratings have tanked apparently, and ratings are still what make the TV world go 'round.

Korra episodes are moving exclusively to digital distribution via Nick.com for the remainder of the season, with the fourth season still reportedly incoming.
Seems Nick is adamant on getting rid of this show as fast as they can. Lame.
