I don't see zach72 online, but he PM'd us an apology that he couldn't get a mix together. So it's fair to consider us MIA for this round. So that should account for everyone. Anyone who wants to offer Zach some feedback on a Mega Man mix should check out his submission in the Exhibition Thread where the GRMRB lives on. So, basically...not a great week for Energy Tank. Or so it would appear. Just when the competition thinks we're down and out, we refuel (thanks again, Mr. L) and lay down the hurt. Watch out!

Sorry for the double post, guys, but I have an important announcement. Unfortunately, one of our teammates is having communication issues. In his last PM, Elipzo mentioned he was having trouble with his PC, but didn't elaborate. That was Oct 24. If you're reading this, man, I hope everything works out. In terms of the competition, though, we need to know what's going on and who's mixing and all that, so communication is key. Mr. L has graciously agreed to fill that void on VERY SHORT notice, and he has requested to guide Frost Man through the gauntlet.

I recommend leaving your mp3 untagged. Following the format for the title minimizes the editing, but Darke will take care of the rest.

Voting rules haven't been posted yet, but in the past, one of the criteria has been how well the mix arranges both source tunes. Are you suggesting that tracks that aren't good will be remixed? Or that only good tracks can provide good remixes? Or that our remixers outnumber the good tracks offered by the Game Boy library? Who is this n00b and why is he in control of quality?

I haven't had a full playthrough of the second quest in a very long time, but I remember being slightly disappointed that the third quest was no different than the second. And the second really starts to get tough around level 4. That one is massive, with at least one spot, if I remember correctly, that you can easily trap yourself in. Good times. I might actually do that this week. [Alternate method for unlocking 2nd quest: beat the 1st one.] EDIT: Your secret's out, Mirby. Now we all know you're a ninja.

I'm very much interested in this but would be pretty much out of commission most of December. After the first round of mixing, are you going straight to the second, or will there be a full period of voting in between? (And I'm assuming the rounds are one week, yes?) Basically, I'm trying to figure out if it's feasible for me to contribute enough without leaving a team hanging at the end, or if I'm just going to have to enjoy the awesome music from the sidelines this time around.
