Hey Hoboka, I have never done a MnP compo here before. Am I allowed to submit a remix with substantial stylistic and tone changes from the original? I do not want to just upgrade the sound of the remix, I really want to take it in a new direction. Is that allowed? Thanks for your help!

The snowman is awesome. I was really looking forward to seeing him or her in action as a boss though. It's funny, after I saw the album cover I had to look up what the snowman was from. It is really cool.

I just wanted to say I really enjoyed this album. I discovered this series of unofficial albums last year, but I was glad to be able to listen to the newest on Christmas Eve. Thank you everyone for putting in time to make this. Also, what is the giant tank snowman from?

This was the perfect track for Christmas time. It is very relaxing once the piano enters and when the sweet sound of it really comes out. Glad to see this as a single as it was great to listen to when the ep came out. If you haven't listened to the ep, by all means you should!

This sounds like it could come right from the game. It reminds me a lot of Grant Kirkhope with the boing the song has. It also reminds me of some of Nintendo's Gamecube era beach themes. It could go right into a remake of the game. I really liked the scene.

Something I've always wondered about, especially with older games, is buying a soundtrack online from a retailer supporting the original creator of the music? Most older games are hard to find soundtracks for and buying a soundtrack online, which usually is used, might just support a person re-selling the soundtrack and not the original creator.

Recently, I have wondered the morality of downloading game music rips after buying the game. Is it morally right to download ripped music from a just bought game?

The glitch sounds with the jazz really make this remix unpredictable. I really like the sound Joshua Morse is experimenting with. This gives a fresh look at already fresh music.

I like how it goes to the original NES sound during some of the parts of the song. It's great to compare this with Zircon's take as well.

The strings at the end just get to you. I like the change between the realistic kind of sound to the more electronic synthesizer sounds.

I think it's great Zircon tributes Joshua Morse by not only using influenced chord changes, but even one of Morse's favorite games. This is great, very funky and the chiptune synths work really well.

I would very much like to be part of this album. Do I need to send a WIP for the album?

I'm glad you like it. I tried to keep it as realistically close to the Gameboy's limitations as possible. The games for the Gameboy were entertaining. I can't say I've played Dragon Warrior Monsters, but I've heard of it.
