Same here.  BTW, my PC is in limbo right now (but my Lappy is safe and well-protected, least to my knowledge).  Trapped by a nasty trojan, so idk when I'll be able to participate next*, at least submission-wise.  I'm glad I got to sneak in my entry for mnp131 though.  Good luck everyone!

so, over 15 years ago (wow!), we did a random open collab tune in Fruity Loops, passing around an .flp file, each participant adding something to the track consecutively. It was very chaotic, and a lot of fun while it lasted.
So what i'm asking is, who on here is using FLS, and would you be interested in playing around with this format. The idea is that skill and experience level totally doesn't matter - i was almost a complete noob back then, a few more experienced people joined in, and it was just great. the tune that developed was a weird kind of trashy frankenstein megamix, but that's totally ok if you ask me.
I got nothing to do, and would be totally down with doing something like this. I dunno if the active userbase on here is sufficient, but idk where else to post it, so why not just try.
It'd be done with only the basic included synths and stock sounds, needless to say. totally barebone FL.

Hey guys a few things:
First an obvious one. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas, and soon to be new year. I enjoyed mine. Hopefully next year will be a good one.
Second: Obviously where the hell have i been?
Well i'm going to bring you a bit of slightly unfortunate news. Throughout Christmas i've been having an on and off relationship with my internet, and not long ago was the final straw. The whole of my internet blacked out, and i've been working through the clock to get it fixed. Now everything is up and running, which is awesome, so that's means it's no longer bad news. It does mean i had to have days without internet, so i couldn't talk to you guys. Also since it's Christmas i have a lot of stuff planned, so i wasn't able to have full access to my computer, and i was too busy to check the phone, so i had to work with the limitations as a result. Right now, i have a free day to use my computer and hopefully sort it out. It's also when i noticed only 1 official entry and a bonus, so i snagged something in, i had already worked on before i had left for one of my trips. Hope you guys were ok with my absence. Everything from now on should be smooth. 
So what's the future then?
Since i've added mine in, the voting will go on as normal. The difference being, i've accommodated for my absence, so the voting ends on the 5th of January, than the intended date. The person who wins will get to pick one for MnP131. I said 131 here, because i'm planning a new year celebration round. Keep out for that. I don't need you to PM me or anything, you'll see the round as it's created. Don't worry, it's not ready yet, more info will be released soon.
All other rounds are as normal, apart from that one, so nothing will be out of the ordinary, and hopefully since it's January i will be active pretty much as full time as i can be. So don't panic, i haven't abandoned or left Compo, i've just had a few hiccups and celebrations to go through.

Nope i think that's it. I want to extend a huge thank you to those who have stuck with my absence. Being gone a while makes a person very confused, so hopefully all works out for the future. Much love to you guys!

Well ladies and gents, it's the time of year again. The time when a group of ragtag remixers comes together and makes a Christmas album for everyone to freely grab and (hopefully) enjoy. This year, we're offering up 14 remixes of both traditional Christmas carols and video game songs, all done up to give that holiday vibe to everyone. Whooo! Slipped a last-minute track in the nick of time  The mix itself is too short/repetitive for OCR submission but it's better served here than languishing on my hard drive. Now I can say I've completed at least one song in 2021.

Well, here we are. The final 24 hours. I was going to send a final PM, but most people who signed up for this have submitted something. Hell, we even had one person who didn't sign up that still submitted  something. One person had to drop out due to illness (you know who you are... slacker ), which just leaves Argle... and they haven't read any of the updates sent via PM. I'm guessing that means they're no longer involved with this, so, I'll just post in here.
For anyone who didn't sign up that is still working on something, you have until 11:59 P.M. EST tonight to get it done and sent to me. That is all.

You know, I almost entirely forgot about this. It's...it's been a long year. That said, I'll be ready to build the new page and update the site. Though, to be honest, it's really time to update the design, too. I've been rather lax with it. Maybe I'll add a sidebar. Maybe not... Anyway, It'll be fun to post the project again this year. I'm looking forward to it.
