Should probably mention this. Book 1 is out on BluRay. This show looks absolutely gorgeous in HD. The soundtrack for Book 1 has also been released. It is absolutely amazing and very complex. There are some really incredible pieces (including a 7 minute long cello and ehru duet).

Darkwing Duck is a game I played extensively throughout my childhood, and probably one of the main reasons I decided to do the Disney thing for this year's WCRG. I'm not saying I'm going to pick a song from Darkwing Duck, but...

I've replaced the Roster and Team sheets with a new Scoreboard sheet. We'll be keeping track of scores week to week on that sheet. Please give it a look and make sure there are no errors. Also taking suggestions for Capcom-Disney themes for ROUND 2. No guarantees that I will pick anything you suggest, but I will look at all ideas.

I can tell you right now that there will be no special weeks in between blocks. We MAY do a two-week Final Battle at the end of the ninth week where the entire team collaborates.

Dark Souls looks good for a Dark Souls game. Dark Souls does not look good as a Zelda game.

I hope everyone is hard at work on their remixes and that we have no drops. I know the Disney thing was kind of a gut-punch for some people but I wanted there to be a little more narrative this year. The story isn't over, and I have some fun ideas planned for Block 2 that I think you guys will really like. Keep mixing and stay tuned.

I bought Gunpoint yesterday. It's really good.

Leave out Adventures in the Magic Kingdom.

To be fair, it's incredibly annoying, especially if your backpack is mostly filled, because it prevents you from actually playing the game. You have to sit there and delete each crate and ticket one by one before you can get back into the game proper. I'm not an admin anymore and don't really play as much these days, so my opinion probably counts less, but there should probably be some kind of rule in place about crate-spamming.

Because even if the question has been answered for you, it's still relevant for other people.

Maybe you need to stop caring so much about what he thinks of the Wii U. I have a Wii U and I love it, and I don't agree with Brandon on a lot of stuff, but you need to knock off this "he's stupid because his opinions are different from mine" crap.

You're making a lot of excuses when Brandon has literally listed dozens of games that are colorful. The conversation was about art direction, not game genres. Nintendo isn't the only game company that makes colorful games. Tons of AAA games and indie games use a very colorful, saturated look. Blizzard in particular loves to use lots of color in WoW, Starcraft, and Diablo III. Counterpoint: Twilight Princess is exceptionally faded in relation to other Zelda games.

Just wanna point out that nowhere in the description of the competition this year did I say anything about Wily Castle themes. I very specifically said "Gauntlet Themes" this year.

You seem to think that I have some kind of problem with Disney princesses. Clearly you have never actually hung out with me. Most of CTCon weekend was comprised of OA and I singing "Part of Your World" from The Little Mermaid. I do want to apologize to Mr. L; he went through all the effort of compiling a YouTube playlist of castle themes, and I kind of had to play it off by saying "THANKS DUDE!!!" I actually felt bad when I saw that, but I needed to keep it a secret until we started.
