  1. I need a very realistic cello sound font. I have the BH Cello from Hammer, but recently it was commented on as being very GM, ergo, anyone have any suggestions?
  2. In a Daft Punk fashion (in my opinion), this is one of my favorite OCs. i love, particularily, the vocals and the lyrics. wow. good job.
  3. finally! i love that game, but the bosses were hard as hell!
  4. Before going and listening to this song, i had to state the facts. I didn't like the original song, but i loved the Majestic remix by Ailsean and Dale North (i think) so i had high hopes for this one. When i started listening, i was nodding my head to the beat and the simple but well composed tune. And then the guitar came in... I know its wrong to make any comparisons to Ailsean's guitar playing, and most likely Sonicade ws not TRYING to get the mix to sound like Ailsean's mix, HOWEVER throughout the entire guitar section, i couldnt stop thinking : "Ailsean's is better. The notes are fuller. The playing is more experienced. ETC." I still liked this remix MUCH. However, once you have heard a good version of the song, all other remixes of the same song do not live up to the caliber of the best. Sorry. I give it an 8/10.
  5. I like this. at first there were parts that i didnt like. There were points where there was a"Swing" tempo that made the song sound odd. I was sorta thinking in terms of the original song. My mistake. Then i listend more, and more, and more, and then i realised that this is a beautiful piano piece with almost no flaws, and that I WAS the one who was wrong. This ranks up there with kLuTz's 600 AD in Piano as one of my favorite New Piano Mixes.
  6. i love this one. its so brilliant in an experimental way. when it first came out, i had it playing non stop all night.
  7. Klutz, i cannot remember if i commented on this earlier or not, but let me say that 600 AD has been repeating on my playlist since the day i downloaded it. This is Beautiful piano.
  8. i metaphorically orgasmed on my keyboard whilst listening to this Its brilliant
  9. How many words will it take to say i love this song. The saxaphone is gorgeously luscious. Smooth jazz... The overall composition is brillianly executed, and this is already a favorite of mine (and i cant even remember the original) The sax solos are well thought out, as DJP said, without being self-indulgant (for lack of a better word) First measure of Sax Reminds me of Cowboy Bebop (bonus points for nostalgia) A+ Theres nothing wrong in this one.
  10. I am not going to pussyffoot around the issue. Lunar 2's final boss was very hard for two reasons. one, he had cheap ass moves, and the final save point comes right after a long dungeon and i had no items. two. THE FIGHTS IN THAT GAME WERE B.O.R.I.N.G. the game was good. i loved the animation. the fights were so goddawful boring that it was torture. and to top it off, the final boss is atleast half an hour of fight, so after five tries of half an hour boring fight sequences, i gave up. it is one of two RPGs i have played and not beaten yet. the other is Ephermeral Phantasia, which ran up a 40 dollar fine on my Blockbuster card, so i returned it and went to rerent it a few days later. it was gone forever.
  11. I love this song. i throw it in the catagorie with that recent Wizards & Warriors theme as weird songs that i can listen to when i want inspiration. i love the whole turn with making Eyes on Me sound evil, one. and the lyrics.....the first time i heard it a shiver ran down me' spine...ummm 9/10
  12. some people can draw out emotion with every note. he is one of them. I was listening to the "Time and Space" Cd the other day, and i accidently had it on repeat for the first track, but it didnt really matter, cause the first track was Scars Left By Time by Sean Stone & Dale North. I listened all night and i could listen to it now without losing interest in it. And dont get me started on "You're not Alone!" ...
  13. I actually love the original Terra's theme, so this song is like an added bonus to the pot. From the classical style intro to beautiful fiery licks on the distortion geet, this remix is definatly worth anyones time. The abrupt switch from 'classical' to heavy is brilliantly played out for a sense of drama and almost cinematic vibrance. The electric guitar is handled in such a way that an ignorant listener would swear that it was something from the great guitar gods. I don't know whether its the individual portions of the song, or the entire mix in general that sold it to me, but this is without a doubt one of my favorite remixes.
